South Park by Windsor is a quiet community in the heart of downtown LA. The apartments are very spacious and limits noise control. This community is easily accessible to all of the attractions in the city.

I am partially happy to be part of this community, but I think there are some things that need to be improved, that I find managed in an approximate way. First of all the attention and accuracy of the maintenance workers. As already reported for a fix job to the refrigerator, my floor was heavily scratched, and it is a highly unsightly damage. I also think that more attention should be paid to general cleaning and small things. Clean the entrance of the building more often, which is smelly and unkempt, take more care of the pool and do maintenance more often. I think that the building is a good building but sometimes it seems that the management is "sloppy"

The building and property itself is beautiful. It has been safe mostly except for the constant theft of packages/deliveries because management refuses to step in to provide better storage options. The constant fire alarms every other week/month was a huge headache my first 6 months here. Overall, management is nonexistent and residents are ignored for weeks to months on end. I would stay if management was better and pricing was more affordable. The fees are not worth it to live in a place where you can’t get proper service or help. I live in a studio and travel monthly and somehow my water/trash bill varies from over $100-$160 per month!! Absolutely insane when i’m not even home 30 days a month using water , etc..

Contrary to what was stated, our management team is fully available and accessible. At South Park, we have on-site personnel present every day. While they may be tending to tasks around the property, there is clear signage at the front door with instructions on how to reach them. Additionally, our office is staffed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and we are available via phone, email, and in-person appointments. Our communication system tracks response times, and our goal is always to respond within one business day. Regarding package security, while we cannot control how delivery drivers handle packages, we do provide ample package lockers for secure deliveries. We strongly encourage residents to utilize this option to help prevent theft. As for utility billing, each apartment is individually metered, and charges are based on actual usage rather than an estimated or shared allocation. If you believe your bill is unusually high, we encourage you to reach out so we can have our maintenance team inspect your apartment for any potential leaks or issues that may be contributing to increased usage. We understand your frustrations and are always here to assist. We have been living in the south Park community for nearly 3 weeks and overall our experience has been very positive. We have met some very nice residents. The maintenance crew is friendly and responsive. The leasing agents are friendly. The location of the building is extremely convenient.

Absolutely went downhill. Do not suggest moving in here. Leasing agents will get you reeled in and have you thinking they’re there to support tenants. Prepare to spend thousands and and then never be able to get a hold of anyone when things go wrong. Packages are stolen left and right and management doesn’t care to find the tenant doing it. Management suggests you should have your packages sent elsewhere although they want you to consider this apartment your “home”.

Horrible Management.

On September 21st, we acquired the apartment key and began moving our belongings, including 7-8 handbags, into our room. We secured our previous residence and departed. Our plan was to relocate our furniture on September 23rd. However, upon receiving our furniture and opening the door, which was locked, we discovered that all of our bags were missing. I was taken aback and sought assistance from the leasing male manager, who responded dismissively, stating that he had sent an email and was awaiting a response. I found his behavior to be rude and unhelpful. In addition, we had paid extra for a reserved parking space, but upon our arrival in the evening with additional luggage, we found that our designated parking spot had been taken by some other car. Despite being informed that security would be present after working hours, there was no one available to assist us. To further exacerbate the situation, at around 11:05 PM, we encountered a strange individual loitering within the property. When I approached him, he identified himself as the security guard, whose shift was to begin at 11:30 PM. This was our first day in the new apartment, and the experience was thoroughly unsettling and disappointing due to the ineffective management.

This place used to be great. Management people were great and it felt secure. With management changes, no one is in the office and there is absolutely no service. For the price, there are so many other options in DTLA so I would recommend you find a different apartment community.

4 year resident don’t listen to FAKE reviews

1. Packages will be stolen by homeless that wonder the building 24/7 2. Leasing staff is not on site and will not respond to calls or emails. Very rude. 3. Garage is not safe car will be broken into at some point 4. Walls are very thin 5. No security you will run into homeless that sleep in the lobby as well due to NO SECURITY

I selected no to management contacting me because I have made up my mind about leaving. I will no longer pay most of my paycheck to a community that does not care about residents. I’ve been here at South Park for 4 years and have loved South Park but I’m moving because I’m tired of waiting for South Park to care about me back. And not just care about my money. It wouldn’t take you guys 2 weeks to tell me I haven’t payed my rent so why does it take weeks to hear back from management.

The only Pro’s about South Park by Windsor is the location. This place is walking distance to LA Live, Crypto Arena, and good food spot. Also Morgan and Jalen are a gem!! Con’s need new appliance in the apartments, parking need to be free( $150) is too much especially when rent is overpriced, loud noise, loud music is played all 7 days of the week, packages get stolen and someone has a master key to ALL tenants mailboxes.

Best DTLA Community!!!

I've been living here at Southpark by Windsor for over 6 months, and it has been nothing short of amazing thanks to Jalen in the Leasing Office. From the weekend I moved in he was so helpful and answered all my questions, and he is the most responsive when it comes to resident emails and follow up. Jalen is always happy to be here, and happy to help with delivery couriers, packages, amenity rentals, work orders and courtesy reminders for the community. Thanks to Jalen for always going above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Not to mention the property is always clean and well kept. I love the Southpark Team!!!

I am a few months away from 1 year and I can honestly say I have nothing negative to say about this community. The customer service and professionalism by the staff is top tier! For me, safety is my number one concern, and I’ve had no issues. My second is customer service, and third is cleanliness and this community has delivered with class. I have never in my adult years stayed with a community for more than 1 year, I think this might be the first (I still have a few months left).

I'm generally very happy with my experience with the community. For me personally, it is problematic that I can't have an extra set of keys or a second key fob. This makes it difficult with my work schedule since sometimes my assistant needs access to my apartment when I'm traveling. I do wish there was a way to be vetted and have a back-up key fob.

My moving experience was made 10x better thanks to Anastasiya and the South Park by Windsor team. I've lived in and toured other Windsor properties but South Park by Windsor had the most professional and courteous leasing office. I was able to move in a week from applying with no issues. The leasing team even gifted me with a welcome basket on my move in day which was very thoughtful. The property is nice, the building is kept clean, the residents are kind. I've only been here a couple months but so far, I am really enjoying my experience at South Park by Windsor. If you're looking for a place in DTLA, I would definitely recommend them as an option!

South Park by Windsor is by far the nicest apartments with a lot of square feet which you don’t see often in the downtown area. Hard wood floors, central air, & huge island in the kitchen. The only negative thing I have to say is that parking is a separate fee which should be included in the rent.
