Starting just north of the popular Hyland Forest Park and following Murray Boulevard south to Scholls Ferry Road, South Beaverton is a large neighborhood about two miles south of Downtown Beaverton. This beautiful area features tall trees and winding roads lined with a mixture of older, ranch-style houses and newer modern homes. A large shopping area is located along the southwest edge of the neighborhood, near the intersection of Murray Boulevard and Scholls Ferry Road.

Wonderful Place to Call Home
Sorrento Bluff has been the highlight of my families 2024-2025. We moved here back in May and have nothing but great things to say about it. Not only is the property kept cleaner than any other apartment complex we have lived at, but the neighbors give off a huge sense of community and family. Everyone is always there for one another, out enjoying their chats and walks with their dogs. With a healthy mix of families and older couples, the property is surprisingly quiet and exactly what you'd want to come home to after a long day. A year-round spa to kick your feet up in, a gym to accomplish those New Years resolutions, and an incredible staff tie it all together. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fresh start, close to lots of restaurants, transportation, grocery stores, and more.

Stunning landscaping, amazing helpful staff
Sorrento Bluff is a beautiful community with a helpful office staff and knowledgeable maintenance. The landscaping is pristine and makes it a great place to come home to.

I don’t recommend a lower level apartment. You can hear not only the noise from the neighbors but the water running through the pipes and walls, feel the vibrations of doors opening, closing, the cracking of floorboards from footsteps by people and pets… when asking management for solutions the response is nothing because “these are normal noises”… only rent here if you can handle being rattled 24/7. Personally my quality of life has been impacted by the noise and I cannot recommend living here.

Been here for 12 years, I love closeness to stores and freeway. People are kind. I feel safe here, but rent is out of control for how old the apartments are, and charging us for outside lights and gas used by the maintenance carts. That's a bit much. I think my time here is coming to an end next year.

Just moved in and love it so far. Aside from the pool area (and not necessarily all the time) its very quiet and peaceful. The floor plan is great and is reasonably priced. Office staff is courteous and helpful.

I have been a resident at Sorrento Bluff for almost three years and, apart from a one year period with a manager who was unsuited to the complex and its residents, have nothing but good thing to say. It's a beautiful complex located in a lovely residential area, dog friendly, well maintained with beautiful grounds and an interesting mix of residents. The recently appointed manager, Adrianna, is a pleasure to deal with and seems to have an interest in maintaining the general upkeep and wellbeing of both the complex and its residents.

Overall, it's been a pleasure living here at Sorrento Bluff! But still in a conundrum as to why it has taken so long to put or add USPS locker boxes. This should of been a No Brainer even back when this property was established! To expect the leasing agent via property manager to wear the hat of mail sorter and also expect them to be in the office when the mail is being delivered along with showing apartments is a little much, for me anyway! This should have been done years ago. I consider Sorrento Bluff to be one of the best apartment complexes in the Beaverton area, if not the best! But management gets a big fat F in the mail locker box, should have been done years ago fiasco!

The staff is wonderful and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. However the building is very old and I can hear every single step my upstairs neighbor takes. It feels like theyre in my home. I know this isnt something that can easily be fixed but its the main reason I wouldnt recommend living here to a friend.

The apartments are well maintained and the maintenance staff is friendly, prompt and efficient. Love the pool area and work out area when they are not closed due to Covid. The general upkeep of the grounds is excellent, however some landscaping replacement due to residing is unsatisfactory. My overall experience at Sorrento Bluff has been excellent!

This is a great place to live! The management staff and mainenance team are responsive to all needs, are professional, courteous, and highly competent. Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and major roads. My apartment is well maintaned and perfect for me!
