I’ve lived here for a couple years now and had two different units with the complex it’s a shame how they treat you once you move in and maintenance is lackluster to say the least I had over 26 maintenance requests open for various things like my washer and dryer not working , missing ceiling panels and mold the maintenance guy that has came to repair before asked me if I had any drugs for him it’s just a downright terrible place to live police are always here and you here gunshots Atleast 5 times a week. This complex needs new management or to be torn down. The renovations units are terrible standing in the tub or shower all you hear is cracking and creaking please save your family the time and hassle of living here

My experience at this apartment was terrible. I first want to start with the turnaround time for maintenance and end with collections for a charge I had already paid. My A/C unit broke several times in the hottest months of the year, at times it took weeks for them to look at and when I called the office at one time they even told me condensation is not an urgent issue even though buckets of water were filling from the A/C unit. When I moved out my A/C unit broke again. This time the repairs were made a little more promptly but is sounded like a lawnmower in the apartment. The July after I moved out I was given the final bill, which I paid promptly after using a money order like when I moved in. I held on to the receipt for some time but after 6 months or so I eventually threw it out. nearly a year after I got a call from onni group from a collections agent asking for the money I already paid. Since I used a money order I did not have a receipt but I had a charge for the money order; however, I was told it would not suffice so I paid it again to avoid hurting my credit. All of this plus the units were still not renovated and high rent hikes every year. Not only that the smell of marijuana was everywhere as well as dog poop on the lawn. My recommendation is to steer clear and live elsewhere. It isn't worth it for a dingy dirty unit upon move in, especially with what they are asking now.

I moved into Sonoran Flats in late 2022. I was excited to get one of the new renovated apartments. Holy cow! What a difference from the old style. So check this out. Stainless steel appliances. Quartz counters - a really pretty white. Anti slam cabinets!! The quiet was so nice when the kids couldn't slam the cabinet doors. There is a big park for them to play in too. Super happy here!

Don’t move here, the apartments are not good, the management is very rude and unprofessional and you will end up paying for more than what you are originally told once your rent is due..

This website rates apartments based on actual reviews + amenities, so keep in mind that most of these amenities are not available due to COVID and several of them are in fact falsely stated. Units DO NOT have microwaves, they no longer have package receiving (even after COVID is over), and while they may have a washer/dryer with each unit, they flat-out told us they are not required to make repairs so we have had to use a laundromat for over 30% of our lease so far. We were handed filthy a apartment that had clearly not had a walk-through, and we had to place 9 work orders on move-in day. Not one of them got taken care of for 3 weeks, and for 4 of them they simply stated that they can refuse to make repairs. When we tried to urge them to take care of at least the "emergency" repairs within a reasonable time, the agents in the office made up a law that supposedly prevented them from doing so. As a teacher, I instill in adolescents the desire to be excellent in whatever field they choose, whether it be a doctor or a groundskeeper, and to do their job with dignity and honor. The management here clearly have no desire for excellence, honor, and most certainly do not treat their tenants with dignity.

Repairs take way too long to complete and when asked for eta they do not respond. Will text you to make sure rent is being sent though. Pools are discusting. Cigarette buds, glass beer and liquor bottles and on my 1st visit, a dead bird in the pool. Looks like they haven’t cleaned in weeks. Water was also shut off for street repairs and no notices ever given. It’s just getting ridiculous at this point. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else

The worst they have tiny black bigs that I have no idea what they are. Maintenance is a joke!! They lie about everything. They got rid of the whole crew that was here when I first moved in, so now they hired people care about anything. I do not recommend this place to anyone. To top it off whatever is on the grounds here makes your dog very sick my neighbor had to put her dog down. I can’t even take my dog out, and to top it off I have been sick since I moved in!! The worst!!!!!

I spoke with the ladies in the office about renting an apartment on 7/13. I went through the process of applying, and I started contacting them the following Tuesday since they had me chose my move in date, which I chose 7/22. Anyhow it was coming close to time and no one in the office was returning my numerous phone calls or emails. Someone could've given me the common courtesy of returning my call or email to tell me what's going on. I have to be out of my current home at the end of July and these women just wasted my time I could've been looking for something. Thank you for your unprofessional way of handling this matter.
All pedestrian locks on the gates are missing, and the front entrance gate has been open for 2 months. our car has been vandalized.when we asked why the gate was open for 2 months strait we got 2 different answers from 2 different people in the office. One on 7/15/18 said that it is broken and they have been waiting on parts to fix it. Now today 7/16/18 we are told that its the Fire Departments fault for leaving the key in the gate? these people are either 1 liers and don't care about the well being of the tenants are property or 2. cant make a simple phone call to get the Fire Department to come out and get there key.

This complex has changed hands many times, getting worse with each new owner. The maintenance is terrible, the management is dishonest, and if you leave your apartment, you won't get your security deposit back. Don't make the mistake of moving here.
the day we choose to move in, nothing was ready and we didn't end up moving our stuff in until almost three in the afternoon because they were still "cleaning and painting" the place, and I say that loosely. By the time we can actually start moving stuff in, they still weren't done. The paint job was shoddy, the master bedroom door is falling apart and the front door will barely open without jiggling like crazy. Half the drawers in the kitchen are also broken. Finally move everything in, go to store to grab some things, we get back later that night, and there's ROACHES. EVERYWHERE. Multiple in the kitchen, master bedroom and spare bathroom. Not only that but there's wasps nests on the back patio. We went back to the store to get bug spray but after seeing them in other parts of the apartment we made the decision to take our three year old daughter and stay at my parents house tonight. We should not have to do that to her at 11:30 at night. This is our FIRST day in there and already it's been a nightmare. If half our money wasn't non refundable and we hadn't already moved everything in,we would move back out. Hopefully this gets resolved immediately, because I can't bring my family back in to that. I am now obviously second guessing this entire decision.
I have not lived in these apartments but went to view them as my husband and I are relocating. They have decent curb appeal and the pricing we needed. I was looking forward to seeing them, but when I did, I was shown an apartment that speared it has not been updated since the apartments were built in the 80's. This would have been just a reason for me not to rent but not write this scathing review. But not only was the apartment unkept, it stank to high heaven of stale cigarette smoke and urine that had been covered with something that only worsened the smell. Then there was the balcony that looked unsafe and sported outdoor carpet that looked as if it carried disease. The place was disgusting. Run, do not walk past these gems.
Remington has fairly big units in a good location for lower rent than surrounding area, so because of that I've lived there for 2 years, however there are downfalls. Maintenance is slow, inexperienced, and very reluctant to make repairs that will cost any kind of money. This has been very frustrating for me. Also their amenities pretty much don't exist. The "fitness center" is 2 treadmills above the office, the hot tub hasn't worked and had been closed off for a year and the pools don't have much to offer. I'm moving out next month. My advice is that if you're looking for a deal and space and don't mind waiting for any repairs you need this place is for you. If you like amenities and nice carpet absolutely do not rent here.
maintenance sucks honestly and you can hear people above you, people next to you, people behind you all through the walls. my old apartment was never that bad. management is nice though, they really stay on top of things and try their best to make the residents happy.
I think its a fairly good place. Nice Gated Neighborhood. Clean. Dog Friendly. Huge Dog park. But management are really rude and don't care about nothing but the rent money.
My husband and I moved in with our newborn son a year ago, and really its been a great experience. The apartment itself has GREAT square footage and awesome pricing. The area isn't the worst, but definitely not the best. The office administration is always pretty helpful, with minimal maintenance issues. There are a few issues with the Trash-- their bins are ALWAYS packed full of trash, even though it seems like the Waste Management company is here every day, and the amenities (pool, workout room and such) is quite outdated, you really do get a great deal for the rent. We are planning on staying here until our family can afford our own house.
My husband and I have lived at Remington Place for five years. Our maintenance requests have been answered in a timely manner, our neighbors have been good. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are clean and spacious.
I lived at Remington place for almost 2 years. The apartment was nice but some of the people are loud and throw their trash around the apartment.
