It has become such a popular location that often ranks on “best places to live” lists.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Somerset Square
The apartments are new and spacious but if anything goes wrong no one will come to help you. Very very poor maintenance but thankfully since these are new I only faced it couple of times in last 2 years.
Pretty apartments but management is greedy and unprofessional. Be prepared to call a bunch of times for maintenance. Better places with better management for the exact same "amenities". Wouldn't rent from RPM again or recommend.
Living in multiple other apartment complexes this is hands down the best. Brand new apartment all new appliances looks very modern. Maintenance is good just one person doing it right now for 4 buildings. Only thing is parking is tough at times. A lot of rules here which is better for everyone. Still smells new. Pet fee is great price and no pet deposit! Walls are alittle thin. But maybe the neighbors are just loud. It’s very pricey but I think you get what you pay for…
The apartments are beautiful. They advertise different prices and once your approved they give you a higher price. Unfortunately although they claim to be a smoke free community the hallways stink of marijuana and cigarettes.
The community and apartments are newly built and beautiful but the maintenance sucks big time! If something goes wrong no one comes to check or replace. They only procrastinate and you are left with endless chasing. Ultimately we have to live with faulty appliances, poor carpeting and noise issues. Once lease is signed, no one bothers to listen to any issues. I have couple of friends staying within the community and they've had horrible experience as well with the maintenance.
