Property Ratings at Somerset Apartments
Lived here the better part of 6 years. First 2 years was a little rough. Homeless hanging out and package/mail theft. The last 3-4 years since the new direct Erica came in they really cleaned up the place. Security walking throughout the premises every night has made a big difference. No more homeless and theft problems. Maintenance team fairly quick to respond to Maintenance requests. Neighborhood is a lot calmer. Decent place to live at, I would recommend these apartments over neighboring apartments.
I lived in this apartment. I will never recommended anyone The moment you say you are planning to vacate, They don't care to repay the pending adjustment amount. Be prepared to call at least 10 times a day even then they keep looping back and forth. Too expensive
The apartment was nice however management charges for every little thing and our rent was always being raised.
This place is super nice for Montebello, gotta love the amenities, and the swimming pool!
