ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT FROM THESE LOFTS!
Absolutely Do Not Rent From These Lofts! My car was broken into twice on the property. I was told there was security on site. That was simply not the case. There was a huge leak in the roof which resulted in a musty smell in the bedroom and black mold. Nothing was fixed after sending in a work order. The Manager is rude and will not work with you at all. I have rented several places in Albuquerque for the past 16 years. This was by far the worst renting experience I have had. The Manager Jules and her assistant Jill have a reputation for wrongfully evicting tenants and keeping damage deposits even though there were no damages to the property. Just take it from my experience and rent elsewhere.
