Property Ratings at Solstice Apartments
We lived in here in a 2 bed, 2 bath from late 2023-Early 2025. We were first sold by the location. The amenities looked new and seemed great. Fast forward to move in. The apartment complex took a turn! Firstly, the unit we received was in need of repairs from the moment we moved in. Many broken cabinets, knobs etc. When requests were put into maintenance they were sometimes addressed, but mostly just marked complete. The gym had some of the worst clientele we have experienced. People would regularly yell, grunt, drop heavy weights, and play loud music during all hours of the day. The hot tub area was out of commission for the majority of our time living their. It was down for at least 6-7 months. When asked when it would be fixed the staff never had an answer. When it finally did reopen, we used the facility but ended up getting severe skin irritation from the HEAVY use of chlorine!! It was so bad we bought chlorine test strips and found that the hot tub had extremely dangerous high levels! This complex has more dog poo then anywhere we have EVER lived! The complex says it will punish residents but never did. We found poop daily in stairwells, hall, and elevators as well as outside. For safety, many of the doors leading into the buildings would often break and could take months to fix. After about a year living in the facility our electronic lock to our apt door was randomly shut off with no warning. We had to call emergency maintenance to be let in. When we visited the office the next morning, we were informed they just sometimes "turn off" the locks after a year "regardless" of lease length. For reference, we had a 14-month lease so this was super weird they wouldn't have programmed the key fob to change at the end date of our lease. Lastly, building leakage was an issue! Our windows leaked constantly, and it took MONTHS for maintenance to address. The leakage got so bad they ended up moving four apartments in our building for a months long construction to repair! Even throughout this we were met with construction sounds for months and still leakage in our apartment. This led to tons of mold throughout our apartment. which made us very sick.We also began to wonder if the pipes had mold as our water began to taste weird with the construction. When requested to change filters in our fridge, the maintenance dept "did not know how", so just left it. Although location was good, I can't say we would recommend Solstice.

The title says it all! Been a resident here for a couple of weeks so far and this is one of the few properties my roommate and I fell head over heels for. Although they are understaffed as of writing this, everyone on staff is super nice and acts like they care about their property and residents. Maintenance is super responsive and timely, everyone answered my questions, and I could gush about the amenities. Thank you, Solstice!

I Loved staying at Solstice. The Barista is amazing. You have everything a fitness center would have and more. I never had to use my vehicle because grocery, clothing and dinning are all near by and walkable.
03/10/2021 Solstice signature Apartments in Orlando has by far been one of the most delightful places that I have lived in the state of Florida. I have had the opportunity to meet new and amazing people but I've also had the great honor of creating great memories with the entire Solstice staff. Due to the pandemic my stay at solstice might come to an end but I know and understand that this matter is just simply out of their hands & I will not leave without saying, THANK YOU for caring, THANK YOU for going further than what others would have gone. I am truly grateful and honored and for surely, I will never deny that Solstice signature Apartments in Orlando Florida is amazing! Thank You. 5 **????????????
Leasing consultants are super friendly, eager to serve and have created a family originated community. We have many community events such as Watch parties, social media contest, and festive spirit activities. Maintenance team is super professional and very responsive. The community is also very clean and safe.

Terrible management. Short staffed maintenance staff. Dirty carpeted hallways and filthy stairways. Trash and dog waste everywhere. The trash area overflows with old couches and various trash. It takes multiple calls to get anything done. They now charge for vehicle parking too. There’s way better out there. Especially for the price you pay for “luxurious living.”
Great community, great service! We love the apartment, everything we could even ask for! Safe, clean, quiet, dog fliendly. we talked to Gino in the office, he was very friendly, very helpful.
As s resident I would say go elsewhere. Especially for the premium price you pay. Poor management and short staffed with maintenance. I think there is only one maintenance person for the entire complex and it shows . Carpeted hallways and elevator floors always dirty for days on end. Lots of amenities but many don’t work such as golf simulator and pool always dirty. Dog crap everywhere. Pass, pass, pass. I could go on and on. It’s all a facade.
We toured Solstice this February along with some other similar apartment homes in the area. We ultimately chose Solstice and will be moving in next month. The apartments are just amazing in person. Unfortunately during our tour the common areas like the gym and pool were not completed yet so I cannot comment on those. We chose a 2 bedroom apartment and we are in love with it. The space is just gorgeous and so modern. We cannot wait to move in and decorate. In addition to their beautiful homes one thing that really won us over was the superior customer service we received. Our Community Manager, Van, was just amazing. She explained everything very clearly and was very easy to communicate with. We actually were strongly considering another apartment complex but when we ran into issues contacting them several times we said forget it and chose to move somewhere where the staff seemed to actually WANT us to live there. I am very happy with my decision and I cannot wait to update on the living experience of Solstice.
