This apartment complex is terrible. Horrible parking. If you like good internet then don’t live here. They lock you into one provider. I would not recommend anyone live here

I’ve lived at Soll since the beginning of 2019. There has been quite a bit of turnover with staff since then. The service was great at the beginning then as the turnover happened it began to decline. Since Indigo took over Soll, it has been the best experience since I got here. Staff is friendly, helpful, and consistent with their office hours. Maintenance requests are promptly resolved. Communication/announcements are done very well through email, signs, etc. I love the location of the apartment because it’s close to downtown Des Moines without being in the center of it where it can be inconvenient. Some other perks of living at Soll include the restaurants, bars, stores nearby. Most of which you can receive a discount because Soll is an Indigo property. Overall, I genuinely enjoy living at Soll and think it a wonderful place to live.

Clean, homey, and, well-kept apartment complex. Have every amenity you need and more. Transition from previous management was nearly seamless and I am very pleased with their work.

Being a relatively new building, it is well insulated/ sound proofed and gives you a bright and modern aesthetic. Recently under new management and has taken a turn for the better! All of the management staff members are prompt and responsive to needs and concerns of the residents. Additionally, they are great at maintaining the building and amenities making it a location I am proud to show off to my friends.

I absolutely love living at Soll. The apartments are laid out nicely, very modern, I love the high ceilings, the amenities are great and the new management has been so nice. The restaurants below the apartment are very good as are the options on Ingersoll just down the street. I could not have picked a better place, and would highly recommend Soll!

I've been at Soll for 3+ years now. I love the location and proximity of things as I barely leave Ingersoll Ave because it's like a mini downtown for drinks and food, only better. The new management has definitely improved the property from the previous. My only wish is that the hot tub would be open during the winter time...

Great place to live from my experience of 6mo thus far. Good build quality, can’t hear the neighbors much. Finishes are nice. Functional layout and lots of storage. Gym is nice. Package pickup is nifty and secure. Many options for parking. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. Mgmt is good to work with. The location is ideal too!

Have had a great experience of service, and ease of living. Great location makes a huge difference.

I can’t say enough good things about the property. Clean facilities, spacious units, and awesome management! Only a stone’s throw away from some of the best restaurants in town. What more could you want?

Soll is truly a great place to live! The apartments themselves are nice, the amenities (pool, gym, coffee machine, grill) are great, the new management is very attentive and responsive, and the location is unbeatable! I love the Ingersoll area, and being able to walk to restaurants/businesses is something that I really enjoy about living here!

I have lived here for a year and a half as a student at DMU and it’s a perfect place to live! The new management is prompt to respond to issues and the apartment has great amenities.

Moved in right before Covid. Indigo as a property management company has strived to remedy issues that the prior company was unable to address. Love my apartment layout (2br/2ba). Open layout makes working from home not feel like you are working in a closet. Bathrooms both have a bath tub. Closets are spacious. For me, great proximity to the things I need in life. The gym has treadmills, elipticals, weight machine - and a Peleton! Which is good, because I spend alot of my diposable income at Gusto and Thai Flavors (also located at SOLL). Alot of new dining options nearby (starbucks, DZO, Panka) and new Retail construction underway. I plan on being here for a while.

I love the new management! They are super quick to answer to any issues I may have and are incredibly kind! It is pretty average price wise but the building is super safe, well taken care of and I love my apartment and the layout!

new management is great and leaves the building looking great! Would be 5 stars but was promised free coffee and a year round hot tub but both of those amenities were removed. Other than that a great place to live!

Residents are friendly, no loud noise is really heard . Overall very clean apartment building.

I've been at Soll for over two years now, and the location cannot be beat. Great amenities all around the neighborhood and in the complex itself. The management is very responsive to resident needs and has done an excellent job taking the reigns from the prior management group.

The new management team at Soll has been great! They’re anlways available in the office during the week and have done a great job keeping up with maintenance.

Location is excellent as well as its amenities. However, Soll doesn't always feel clean (extremely dirty carpet) and walls are relatively are thin. Property is nothing special.

Location is very ideal. You aren’t directly downtown but have that downtown environment. I wish that they put in a dog park out on the lawn just because there are a lot of dogs living here and there is definitely am enough space to put one in otherwise really am enjoying living here.

I love living at the Soll Apartments! The management has been great and very responsive. The pool was great to have in the summer, the common areas are always clean, and the gym is awesome. I highly recommend living here!

The Ladies in the office are wonderful! The are so nice and always willing to help! The building and apartment are also well maintained which is a huge plus!

Great location and wonderful amenities. There are plenty of places to eat in walking distance. The building is kept very clean. The only complaint is living near gym can get noisy.

If you want somewhere with a proximity to downtown and the happening Ingersoll Ave, then Soll Apartments should be on top of your list!

This apartment building is awesome in that it is spacious, clean and the maintenance people are really on top of keeping everything well maintained. The new staff are super helpful and throw great events for the building which is so nice

We love living at Soll Apartments! The location allows us to easily walk to restaurants and business on the Ingersoll Corridor, Sherman Hill, and the Sculpture Park. It’s close to everything without the noise or traffic of downtown.

The space and amenities are amazing! In the summer, using the rooftop pool, hot tub, grill, and fire pit has been awesome! The lobby area is warm and inviting, and having a gym in the building has been great. The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and I love having a cute little balcony! The building is quiet, and the people are super nice and friendly. It’s located in a great neighborhood, with lots to do in the area and so many great restaurants near by. The staff has been timely at answering questions and responding to requests. I’ve also loved the events hosted by the building!

Because of the stylish interiors, great amenities, and amazing staff, I am so lucky to call Soll home. The new management has been amazing. Not only are they amazing at getting back to you in a timely manner but they truly want you to enjoy your living experience here at Soll. They have brought in promo deals for us at local restaurants and businesses, and have had various events for tenants to attend. They offer a variety of amenities such as the pool, the gym (which has a peloton. LOVE this), dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer and many more. I without a doubt can say you too would love to call Soll home.

Soll has all the best amenities. They have a roof top pool and a nice gym. Apartments are spacious and comfortable and even come with an in-unit washer and dryer. All maintenance requests and other concerns are dealt with promptly.

I love living at Soll Apartments because of the numerous amenities and the overall feel of the place. It's also perfect location to Des Moines which is awesome. With all the community amenities and in-unit finishes, I can't complain.
