Solis LoSo has been a fantastic place to live since I moved here from Tennessee in July! The staff are so friendly, the maintenance team is prompt, and I love the unit I moved into. I couldn't imagine a better experience living in Charlotte and in an apartment for the first time!

This community is the best BY FAR in lower south end. And in my opinion rivals any luxury apartment in the south end area. The location is spectacular for those who work in town as the apartment is only one minute from I-77. The interior of the apartments look expensive and luxurious. No expense was spared on the design. The management and leasing team just make you feel right at home. They take their time to introduce themselves and have conversations with you and they are just always helpful. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to become a part of this amazing community.
I was very impressed with the staff and community during my tour and my experience during my first few weeks living here has exceeded my expectations. I moved over 600 miles away from all of my friends and family and was nervous for how that was going to feel. I’m happy to say I feel right at home here. Courtney was wonderful throughout my whole leasing process and Natalie helped make my move in quick and easy.
They communicate often about anything out of the ordinary happening in the community. My move in process was a breeze as well. Happy to call Solis LoSo home.

Solis Loso is a great place to live. It’s walking distance to all the breweries, Rally, and so much more. Quick walk to the scaleybark station you you’re on the blue line into southend or uptown. Or you could just walk the rail trail, so many options!
