We love living at Solis Gainesville. There are other apartment complexes in the area however Solis Gainesville stood above all others when we were searching. The apartments are well designed and good layouts. Close to the Greenway and downtown Gainesville, so there is no need to use the car when going to these locations. Leasing staff is exceptional and worked to answer all questions and make the application and lease signing streamlined. So happy to make Solis Gainesville our Gainesville home!

So far we love living at Solis Gainesville. The apartments are spacious with quality finishes and appliances, and the amenities are great. The gym is particularly nice and includes quality equipment. The staff is friendly and has been responsive to any issues (all very minor) that have come up. Solis just knows how to do top notch apartments. This is our second time renting one of their properties, the first time in Suwanee. Like that place, Solis Gainesville is terrific! No expense is spared on the amenities and the quality of the apartment itself is on point. The pool here is described as “resort style” and that is not overselling it one bit. The gym is also first rate with top shelf equipment and variety. After looking at several newer properties in the Gainesville area before our move from Colorado, we easily felt that Solis Gainesville was the best choice and we have not been disappointed. To top it off, Samantha and her management team are the best!
