Neighborhood

With its wide brick sidewalks, mature trees, elegant boutiques, and outdoor dining, Downtown Gainesville celebrates its Southern charm with down-home style. There's even a historic town square with a statue and benches. Gainesville is located along the popular Lake Lanier, a resort destination known for boating, fishing, swimming, and Lanier World water park. It is also a college town, home to Brenau University and the University of North Georgia - Gainesville Campus.

Downtown Gainesville hosts a wide variety of events and festivals. There's the Spring Chicken Festival, held on the Square and featuring an art market and live music. The highlight of this festival is its chicken -- this is the state's only official chicken cook-off. It also features a unique "Re-Hatched" market -- an arts and crafts market that features artwork made from recycled items. I love everything about living at Solis, the atmosphere, the neighbors, the staff, the location, the amenities, and obviously the beautiful apartment my son and I live in. I always feel so safe snd comfortable here. Staying in this location has made the move back to my hometown after living elsewhere and for many years so wonderful and honestly it’s been a wonderful experience here thus far and we plan on staying here at Solis for the foreseeable future. I sing praises for Solis any chance I get. It’s truly a great place to live. My comments can absolutely be shared for any marketing purpose, etc proud to be a resident here.

The best place to live in downtown Gainesville. Walkability to ‘the square’ and Greenway is excellent. Complex is well maintained and amenities are top notch! Love the Leasing Office Staff - they are welcoming as you walk in the door! Great place to call Home!

We love living at Solis Gainesville. There are other apartment complexes in the area however Solis Gainesville stood above all others when we were searching. The apartments are well designed and good layouts. Close to the Greenway and downtown Gainesville, so there is no need to use the car when going to these locations. Leasing staff is exceptional and worked to answer all questions and make the application and lease signing streamlined. So happy to make Solis Gainesville our Gainesville home!

Solis Gainesville definitely provides an experience. Besides being able to walk to the square where there is so much to do it also offers a resort lifestyle so you feel like you are on a permanent vacation. Hands down the best place I’ve lived.

So far we love living at Solis Gainesville. The apartments are spacious with quality finishes and appliances, and the amenities are great. The gym is particularly nice and includes quality equipment. The staff is friendly and has been responsive to any issues (all very minor) that have come up. We're super pleased with our decision to choose Solis over a number of other new developments in the area.

Solis Does Things Right!

Solis just knows how to do top notch apartments. This is our second time renting one of their properties, the first time in Suwanee. Like that place, Solis Gainesville is terrific! No expense is spared on the amenities and the quality of the apartment itself is on point. The pool here is described as “resort style” and that is not overselling it one bit. The gym is also first rate with top shelf equipment and variety. After looking at several newer properties in the Gainesville area before our move from Colorado, we easily felt that Solis Gainesville was the best choice and we have not been disappointed. To top it off, Samantha and her management team are the best!

Love our experience at Solis Gainesville, walking everywhere downtown, the Greenway and great little restaurants and gourmet food markets. Our apartment is stunning! Big windows, spacious Floorplan. Very happy we chose Solis Gainesville.
