Excellent Community to live in and the staff is amazing very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly, also you will find everything you need close to your home.
Great community overall, grounds are well kept, apartments are updated and great amenities like pool, gym, yoga, etc. Service requests answered very promptly.
I have been a loyal Solero resident for over 10 years. Since that time, I can safely state that the Upkeep of the Solero community is immaculate. Whether its painting, power washing, repairs, landscaping and/or just keeping the common areas and the grounds clean and in tip top shape, Solero has it covered to the point where Solero residents do NOT have to question the upkeep as the community is always pretty much in good standing. Additionally, in regards to maintenance, the maintenance team get the job done without delay and they are quite courteous. Further, the office staff is also courteous and they are readily available to answer any questions or concerns a Solero resident may have. I would certainly recommend Solero at Plantation to anyone looking to rent an Apartment or Townhome.
It's been better the last 4 to 5 months. There's not as much trash, the neighbors are quieter and more respectful of others. The office also appears to have improved in their interaction with the residents.
Great atmosphere great people great maintenance. The clubhouse is always having events to keep everyone in the community engaged. I've been here for several years and as long as they don't raise the rent much more I'll probably stay
Everything about Solero feels like home! The staff is friendly and always smiling! Neighbors waive hello with smiles always and the cleanliness throughout the community and its amenities is superb!

Great location, good and prompt maintenance staff, nice amenities and updated units. The units are quite expensive and my rent has increased with every year I’ve renewed. You can also hear the highway all day and night since there are no noise barriers.
This place is ok. Appliances can be more updated, stairs shouldn't be rugged, for the price we pay our windows should have screens without rips.
We moved here after a horrible experience at another complex. The Solero community has saved us in many ways. Safety, community and sanctuary.
Not too bad ! I would love an update on the children’s play area for the kids to play and slide down - and please enforce the dog droppings all over the complex
I love living at Solero, it is very close to the highway which helps avoid traffic. I’ve never lived in a community with better assistance and maintenance. Everyone at the leasing office and our maintenance team is very quick to help and kind. It is very clean and lots of parking. You do have to register guests but this is done via OnCall so going to register at the leasing office is not needed.
I’ve been living at Solero for four years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The community is always beautifully maintained, and I love taking walks around the property—it’s truly a peaceful and welcoming place to call home. Maintenance is always quick and efficient, and the leasing office team is friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. I’ve never had any complaints, and I highly recommend Solero to anyone looking for a well-kept, comfortable, and inviting community!

My experience with the Solero team from start to finish was great. Cheri in particular was so kind and so helpful! A couple of changes with follow ups here and there but otherwise a smooth process. My townhome unit is really nice and all is great so far!
Everything here is so beautiful and well kept. The apartment is so spacious with modern accents. The grounds are clean and the staff is very helpful.
Haven’t been a resident for a month yet. But in the short time of residing here the environment is very friendly and welcoming. The community is very clean and quiet, best decision we made was to move here.

Love it here. The only bad thing is parking sometimes. I have to park far from my building and walk most times. But besides that it's a beautiful complex, very quiet, lovely staff & a nice gym
Beautiful community, poor management. We do not appreciate broken gates, night break ins, dog waste around the property, and inconsistent policies enforcement.

I really like living here, I like tranquility and common areas in addition to the delicious coffee, I value the activities that residents or foodtrucks do for us! I would like it to improve a little cleaning in the halls and stairs, and also the parking lot in buildings 50-51 are congested rest I love living here!

Property is Private, 2 nice pools, nice gym, nice walking area. They just need to get the entrance gates fixed for better security and everything will be good!
Great environment, love the location. Everyone in the leasing office is extremely nice and very helpful. About 10 minutes from Sawgrass mall and the Amerant Bank arena; but right on the highway so little traffic.

Our apartment is designed very well, the grounds and buildings are very well maintained. The repair and maintenance staff are fast and efficient. Would wish they would allow grills though.

Great maintenance of the property. Great landscaping crew! The staff members this year are more helpful and friendly, they’re well organized . When we had issues with ac, the maintenance was prompt and knowledgeable in providing the correct solution.

I love solero. The fact that it has two pools is amazing, I love how easy it is to access the maintenance guys and i love how much of a community it feels like. Everyone is pleasant and friendly.
1. Maintenance respond with a sense of urgency. 2.Through their empathetic and professional approach, the Community Manager fosters a positive and inclusive community. 3. Solero offers many amenities, including: Clubhouse, Fitness center, Pools: Two resort-style pools, An outdoor entertainment kitchen with BBQ grills, A beautifully landscaped community with two lakes, a tot lot, and a linear park and it’s a pet-friendly community with a “Bark Park”.On-site storage is available. More, A business center is available and 24/7 emergency maintenance. Oh, 24/7 package acceptance lockers are available. 4. A smooth move-in and move-out process 5. Lastly, the gates being open often despite it being a gated community raises some safety concerns for me.
From the moment I stepped into the community, I felt at home. The surroundings are beautifully landscaped and provide a peaceful atmosphere that makes coming home a joy. The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. One of the standout features is the community amenities. The pools are inviting and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing on sunny days. The gym is fantastic, fully equipped with modern machines and even a dedicated yoga room. The staff here are friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions or concerns.
Excellent option for townhome living. Compared to the other apartments in the area, Solero At Plantation stands above the others. It is expensive, but you get a lot for the money.

I love Solero. I have never seen a living community actually be a COMMUNITY. There are so many events and celebrations they put on and there are food trucks every week. But most importantly, they truly do care. I have never had issues with them in my one year and a half of living here. I recommend Solero to all my friends who are looking for a new community, especially since the location is super convenient.
I really love the neighborhood here in Solero. Everyone is so welcoming and the environment is so calm and pretty. Love that it has a big area to walk and all the green spaces available is beautiful.
So far so good but there’s def water bugs . And something weren’t new when I moved In. But this is just the first week we shall see how it goes
