I love living at Solena! Every one is so nice and friendly. We’re into our second year here calling this place home.?? the maintenance staff is extremely responsive and the office staff is very professional. When things get off track, the management always gets things running smoothly again. Greystar bought this property about a year ago and I think they have been doing an excellent job!
The staff is quick to handle any issues we may have. No smoking smell anymore which is amazing. The only negative I would say is that I wish there were speed signs in the parking lot. People fly though there often.

Valerie and everyone on the grounds has been wonderful and welcoming. Still lacking hot water to take showers and wash dishes, can only get Luke warm water and water pressure is lacking a little.

We love living at Solena. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It’s great that there are so many things in walking distance. There’s everything from Publix vet post office, great restaurants, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, etc.. It’s an older part of Miramar so there’s older growth trees, which makes it a very cool place. It’s pretty much everything you need at the gym which is right at the clubhouse and the pool is amazing. We are on our second term here. The staff and the maintenance crews are doing their job well. They just hosted a pool party with a DJ and free food and karaoke. It was a fun time had by all and a nice wrap-up to the end of the summer. The whole community is about two years old, so everything is nice and new and clean.

Living at Alexan has been an absolute dream. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it feels like a perfect escape from the daily grind. The community is lush with greenery, and every morning I’m greeted by swaying palm trees and the soothing sounds of nature. My unit is spacious and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating a relaxed atmosphere. One of my favorite things is lounging on my balcony with a cup of coffee, enjoying the calm view of the lake nearby. The amenities are top-notch, with a sparkling pool, a modern gym, co-working space, table tennis, and a billiard in the clubhouse. The management team is incredibly attentive, always ensuring everything is running smoothly, they are just GREAT. The location is ideal, too: close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. It’s truly a place where I can unwind and feel at home every day.
Everything is good here, but the most amazing thing is the staff. I'd be willing to leave to another property if they do. Pool area, building halls, dog park and gardens are always kept neat and tight!

I’ve moved in for about 8 months now, I can say that my surroundings are beautiful and spotless. The only issue upon moving in there is a lot of app we need to make an account for, If this can all be limited/ inclusive of one general app would be better . Also assigned parking spaces would be a great idea. I plan to purchase a EV car in the near future, however there’s only a few EV charging points, if more can be added would be nice.

I was looking to move here from Tampa. A friend told me about this complex so it was the first one I looked at. After seeing the apartments, amenities, and meeting with the office manager we didn’t even look anywhere else. We love it here!

My apartment is beautiful, modern, bright and cozy, just like the Alexan Miramar complex. Location is optimal. Access to important communication routes is less than 5 minutes away, as well as basic services. i.e. post office, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.; yet environmental noise handling is practically perfect. Alexan Miramar community is quite young and, in most cases, respectful of the duties and rights of their neighbors. The administration and maintenance staff carry out their activities with great care and efficiency, always with the clear goal of provide and ensure community well-being and satisfaction.
Everything is amazing. Just need to figure out the parking. Can’t get out of the house after 7pm because you would not find any parking spot. We need to know by the office where to park your car. We don’t have any advice from you. Thank you
Alexan Miramar is an ideal place to live if you're single, a couple or have a small family. There are plenty activities to keep young and older individuals entertained and the amenities are fantastic!

Great apartment with a convenient location—close to shops, transit, and parks. The management is responsive, and maintenance issues are quickly addressed. The unit is spacious, well-maintained, and quiet. Amenities like the gym and laundry are a plus. Rent is reasonable for the area, and overall, it’s a comfortable, safe place to live. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a hassle-free apartment experience!

I’ve been living here 4 months now and to this day I’m still being bothered by extremely noisy neighbors and the office does nothing about it ! I have to be going around knocking on peoples door to door trying figure this out on my own ( and ofcourse people not goi g to be honest)I have to be sleeping at my friends house to get a good night rest and to wake up when I want and not because they are awake and starting to make noise ! The office doesn’t follow up with me to see how everythings going because it’s not them it’s happening to …. The way they say they would go about finding out where the is noise coming from doesn’t make sense! I have to leave this place as soon as possible because it makes no sense paying all this money for rent and you can’t get a comfortable peaceful day in the apartment…or a full nights rest ….

When my family and I first moved in we were excited and happy about finally being in our own place again. Everything was new and still not completely full. Now almost a year later our biggest issue is arriving home straight after work and if we really want to leave on the weekend due to the parking. Even arriving on Friday night at 10:00 pm may require you to walk through a parking lot with no security or cameras can be feel pretty scary.

Living here is very nice. The property is well kept, and they always have some type of activity or food trucks here. The only problem is parking. It’s getting ridiculous. I live in 3100, and i have to find parking all the way in front of the leasing office. If I don’t move my car by the morning, I can get towed since I usually park in the “only for future resident” parking. They need to have parking stickers or something. For the amount of residents we have here, there needs to be enough parking for everyone. I feel, at times, some people are not supposed to be here and are over staying their welcome. Again, great community- very clean and the staff is very nice. However parking is the biggest and ONLY issue.

Awesome place to live with friendly neighbors. We love it here! Swimming pool is great and its a very quiet corner of Miramar. There is a great dog park with a walking shaded place to walk our dog behind the hotels.

They keep the area clean. They're very kind to people. The only thing is to have more parking In general everything is very good and very good location
Apartment is great, wish living room area was a little bigger. Area of improvement the management office to reply to emails faster and when some items in the gym need repair they would be repaired faster
The pool is so great. I love the sky and the water at the end of the day! It’s easy to get in and out of and it is heated and salivated so it is a wonderful experience!!!

It is a quiet and very friendly place. The neighbors are very respectful. The facilities are well maintained and clean. There are many activities during the month that you can share with your neighbors.
The leasing team does an excellent job of keeping the community clean. However, some residents do not share the same commitment, especially those who neglect to clean up after their dogs. It's disappointing to see this lack of responsibility, which detracts from the cleanliness of the community. That said, the team at Alexan is diligent, with a full staff dedicated to cleaning the elevators and hallways regularly. Parking remains a challenge, particularly at night, when there is limited availability, often forcing me to park far from my building. On a positive note, the amenities are fantastic, including the pool, clubhouse, workspace, and gym. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is very communicative if they're unable to complete a task on the same day.
Amazing place. Love the location as it is near almost everything. The apartment are brand new so nothing feels old. The workers are great people who get things done quick.
This is a great community The gym is great. The pool is great. The amenities are awesome. I really love it in this community. I recommend if you’re looking for a place to go that you choose this community

My experience had been great thus far. Service is quick. The property is beautifully maintained. The staff keeps you updated on all community events and important information such as weather alerts. The apps add for extra security and convenience.
It has been great so far. Just a few minor glitches but that comes with all new properties. The high light is the opportunity to meet our fellow neighbors who otherwise we would not get to meet. A great opportunity to meet neighbors with like simialar interest. Love the food trucks looking forward to a variety of more to come.
It’s been pretty amazing living here. The environment is amazing. Our neighbors are very friendly and nice! Management has been on top of things and been really friendly with us. Basically everything is going great!
No complaints here. smooth sailing, the staff has been great. maintenance is very responsive. the cleanliness has been a very big bonus as well.

I am enjoying the amenities including the pool and clubhouse area. I also like the cleanliness of the complex. If I ever have any issues with my apartment, maintenance is quick to respond. The surrounding neighborhood is nice and quiet.

I love the amenities in the apartment. The 24-hour gym is perfect for a late night workout or early morning run. The pool is great for the coming summer months. The apartment itself is modern and very spacious. Really great experience living here so far.

I've enjoyed living at Alexan Miramar for 7 months. It's a welcoming community with great amenities. The location is convenient, near Publix, Walgreens, Starbucks, and I-75, with nearby walking trails and parks. My apartment has stunning sunset views, ample closet space, and a full-size washer/dryer. The modern kitchen and spacious living room are perfect for relaxation and hosting guests. Overall, I've had a very positive experience at Alexan Miramar. The friendly community atmosphere combined with the convenient location and nearby amenities make it an ideal place to live. While no place is perfect, I feel that the management team does a good job of maintaining the property and addressing any concerns that arise.
Love living here. Great place to live :) Management office is always looking for way to bring us together through gatherings like wine tasting, bingo etc. free of charge. They also include our fur babies. Everything we need is very close by adding to the comforts of living here. Location, location, location. Great :)
As a resident, I have been facing significant difficulties finding a convenient parking space near my building. Often, I am forced to park far from my unit due to the parking lot being completely filled. Additionally, some cars are parked near a stop sign at the corner of a building which further exacerbates the issue. Moreover, a car with a tarp covering has been parked in front of building for more than two weeks. I am unsure if this car is inoperable, but its prolonged presence in the same spot is taking up valuable parking space that could be used by other residents. I would think the management team have notice this since they escort future residents to empty units. But I guess not. they always send notices that they will enforce towing. Don’t see none of that here. Even miramar police parks to the side and mind you, they are not even in a designated parking space
My experience at Alexan has been excellent, the Alexan leasing group has been very diligent in their efforts to make each prospective resident feel at home. I’m blessed to live in Alexan.
It's nice to come home to a peaceful community. The lovely part is the scenery and all the water features on the way to the mail room. The staff is polite and kind and always ready to assist and point you in the right direction. Altogether a very cozy community indeed!
