Me, my wife and my little dog have been living here since November/2023 and we are loving it. Even with so little time, we could already see that, among the countless options available, we made the right choice. Everything here works, the place is super nice, the atmosphere is familiar, the neighborhood is friendly. We haven't even been able to enjoy all the amenities yet. We feel safe here. The main positive highlight is the office staff. They are super friendly and efficient, always ready to answer all questions and solve all requests. It is also important to highlight the maintenance staff who are also extremely solicitous and solve all problems quickly and effectively. We feel happy here.

Currently here and I have ZERO complaints!! The office staff is simply amazing! We love walking around the pond and hanging by the pool. Everything is super close so we don't have to drive through town to get things. The apartments are clean and great!!

The worst renting experience a person can have is to be found here. My AC unit broke 7 times in the first 3 months I lived there. 3 of those times the condenser put water all over the floor. They do not have adequate trash facilities so the dumpsters are overflowing at least twice a week. Overflowing means their is trash all around the dumpsters piled up. If you live by the fence you will get to see dead ducks during the spring. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They leave early and never answer the office phones. The community manager is condescending, rude, and difficult to speak to as he constantly interrupts you. The corporate office does not respond to any attempts to contact them. Do yourself a favor and find a bridge to live under. I have never paid so much to get so little.
I recently moved into a 2/2 on the first floor and it is beautiful and brand new! I love the upscale feel of the place and how open it is when you walk in. The pictures of the model do it no justice. my apartment is way prettier than I expected. I have brand new stainless steel appliances and water saving brand new washer and dryer. My floors are AMAZING and the closet space is way bigger than any other apartment complex around. My children LOVE the pool. Its so peaceful here. The manager Otto is really nice. Everyone in the office is friendly. I'm so glad I made this place my home. My husband and I are really happy with our choice.

When I first moved in the staff was very friendly it was Priced Right for the size. But there's a new management here which is awful they don't care about you they don't fix anyting right away it takes months. The pictures that you see that are up are not what you are going to get. I seen the upgrade and it does not look like that. I cannot wait till my lease is up to move out.
This apartment complex was great and affordable, until a few months ago when they changed companies. The apartments are run by totally new management, and all of their staff are extremely rude. The rent prices were raised tremendously, and it is not worth it. The staff does not communicate anything and they do not care about their residents.
When I first moved into these apartments it was really nice. They had great pricing, the apartments were a decent size, and the front office staff was friendly. I lived there for 3 years. The last two years were awful. Wasps were getting into the apartment, the office staff didn't care. Water was leaking through the roof, the office staff didn't care. The only worker who seemed to actually care about the residents no longer works there. The other workers were just there for the discount on their living and for the money. When they raised the prices, it was no longer worth it because the same amount could be spent on a much nicer apartment.
