By far one of the best apartment complexes in Greenville! The neighbors are nice, management is always welcoming and cares about the tenants.
We love living here, the management is nice and caring and helped us through the process of applying and moving into our apartment. When we had any maintenance requests they was quick to respond and fixed the issue. We love love the amenities they offer,it’s a quiet community and the neighbors are friendly and we love the fact that they have different planned activities for the residents. We just love being here and being able to call this place home.
Nice apartments. Staff is friendly. Maintenance are kind and pretty efficient. Quiet community. I've lived here for almost two years. Clean grounds.
These are the best, Management is Awesome. Maintenance is fast and does a Great job. Quiet living, with a great pool and Gym. Management always has something fun going on for the tenants. You need to come check them out
Been here for about 4 years. Since my boyfriend and I have moved in, we have had friendly neighbors and anything you need fixed, the very considerate staff comes to the rescue in almost no time at all. Quiet, well kept complex. I am now married to the man I moved here with, and we couldn’t be happier. <3
This apartment complex is well ran, with professional and courteous staff. Stephanie is the manager and I can't say enough about how easy it has been to work with her. The complex is quite, well maintained, and feels safe. The apartments are older but have been kept up well. No problems with bugs, mold, or anything else. Great place to live.
Great place to live, quiet. Staff is friendly, take care of issues in a timely manner. No problems with neighbors of staff issues. Lived here for 4 years.
Place is noisy, not maintained and the staff just doesn't care. Just pay your rent or go elsewhere and that's just what I am doing.
I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have no complaints at all. The value is unbeatable, I have looked at many other apartment complexes and have yet to find a better value for my money. The management is always very inviting and helpful with any requests. I had a very large package delivered to the office and completely forgot about it, I work 70 hours a week so many times I am just too busy, the office was so helpful and even stayed after their work hours in order for me to come pick it up! I really enjoy living here and would definitely recommend The Solarium to anyone searching for a great place to live!
Mgmt has ignored repeated requests to enforce the pool hours. This place is great if you don't have to get up at a decent hour in the morning and go to work.
