      My experience was not good from day one move it, sch as: The issue with the key and code. The stitch in the master closet. The issue with the floors completely dirty and carpet not clean. The damage to the cupboard in the kitchen (not fixed). The guest bathroom backing up for no reason. Most were resolved, but seem to be a lot for a new move in. I do appreciate $100 gift card for missing work bc of the key issue. Yet, I lost more with a day of work missed. Yet, the front office is good responding and were helpful. I do appreciate them being understanding.

      Do not move here. I’ve submitted 6 maintenance request in 14 days of living here. Mostly for my big problems but also do to a smart home lock not working, the smoke detector going off for dead batteries when moving in, the apartment being a mess for move in. Also there is no parking near apartments now since we were too late to move in compared to others so if you have a car be prepared to walk decently far across the complex in the heat with all your groceries back to your apartment.

In several cases, our technicians were able to respond within hours, always by the next business day for the ones placed after hours, and often adding preventative measures during their visits to help prevent future concerns. We also understand that getting used to new features—like our smart home technology—can take time. Our onsite team, along with our dedicated support partners, is always here to answer questions, walk residents through features, and help ensure everything works as it should. Parking is an important part of the living experience, and we do our best to set clear expectations during the leasing process and again at move-in. We offered to add you to our waitlist for a spot closer to your home, but unfortunately, use of future resident parking as a permanent solution isn’t permitted. We understand this can be inconvenient, especially in warmer weather, and work to communicate parking expectations clearly through our newsletters, e-blasts, and direct conversations to avoid surprises.

      I have had nothing but a GREAT experience at solara vista! All the staff has been great! In leasing office Alex and Courtney have addressed all my needs and answered all my questions made my living experience nothing less than amazing! I have also had great experiences with maintenance as well! Never wait on a response the communicate the day I place my work orders. Overall it’s been nothing but a positive experience. A breath of fresh air!

      This property is an amazing property, they really put a lot of thought into the apartment homes themselves. I also like that mostly all the fees were upfront. I’m a big believer and just giving me one real price. I hate Looking online and seeing one price and then coming in and finding out, there’s like $300 an extra cost on top of that. The management and leasing staff have just been amazing! Courtney has done a great job at managing any issues that and super helpful to me every time I needed something. The same is to be said about Alex and David. They helped with my leasing and they were just amazing.
