Living at Solano Bellair has been wonderful. The residents are quiet, and respectful. The parking is situated between the buildings, which makes for a safe area. There is a key fob to enter the buildings, rather than individual apartments, which is safer to walk around as well. Management is great, and they answer questions in a timely manner and are always available. The coffee machine in the lobby with plenty of couches, tables, chairs is comforting. They have a nice pool during summer, and a gym that is 24/7 and has excellent updated workout equipment. The rent is affordable, and the apartments have a water filter built into the refrigerator, and all updated appliances, which work great. The best part is the maintenance team. Rodney and Brian are always helping and fixing things in a fast time frame. My AC broke a couple times during Summer, and they came over and diagnosed rhe problem and fixed it whenever it would break. I appreciate my entire experience here at Solano and hope I have many more to come.

Units come with double security doors dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. You will have access to The beautiful outdoor area that includes a pool.There's also doggie rest areas ,Even a trash butler. The grounds are grass accented by a water fountain You'll love living here, I know I do.

The apartments are nice but as a resident, you can hear all of your neighbors' footsteps and conversations.

Rodney and Nolan from the maintenance team keep the property clean and safe. They are very prompt and courteous to fix any problems that arise. The care they have for the residents and the property is evident in everything they do. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Matt from the from office. He always goes out of his way to be helpful.

Solano Belleair is a fabulous complex and community! My daughter and I recently moved in and the entire process from application to move in was a smooth and pleasant experience. Matt is absolutely amazing to work with and Tyler and Megan are equally as wonderful and supportive. It makes all the difference in the world to live in a complex that has a management team that is supportive and attentive to the needs of their tenants. Thank you Matt, Tyler and Megan! We appreciate you all!! As for the complex itself – it is breathtaking here!! The units are open and airy and have a beautiful modern look. Our patio is large and very roomy to put a cute patio set and potted plants on. The pool and the landscape are resort style with two beautiful water fountains that are so calming and serene to listen to in the morning with my coffee. The valet trash service and cable are conveniently built into the rent making it a nice and simple convenient way to pay each month. Additionally, the complex is pet friendly! They welcomed my Labrador with open arms. Many other tenants have dogs as well making it really nice for pet lovers to become friends. So grateful to have a home at Solano knowing I can relax in a place knowing that my pup is welcome too! There are many perks offered here, like discounted pizza coupon codes, food trucks that come on site, reward points and perks for on time rent payments and many other resources that Solano offers us tenants. How great is that!! I truly could not have asked for a better community to live in. I feel truly blessed to be part of the Solano Belleair family. If you are looking for a place to call home when you move to Florida, I highly recommend you come to Solano where you will be treated like family too! :)

Solano Belleair is a gorgeous community! The units are designed in a modern layout and the pool and exterior landscape are resort style. The two large water fountains give a serene and calming effect and the premise is clean and well kept. The complex is pet friendly which is an incredible bonus! The tenants and management team are all very friendly and supportive. It’s the perfect place to call home!

This community is wonderful. Not only are the amenities high class, they are excellent! I have been living here for almost a year and have had zero problems…0! The complex is extremely well taken care of, the leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive, and the neighbors are awesome. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. New to the area? Solano Belleair has by far been my favorite apartment I’ve been in. The unit is incredibly nice, the hardwood feels very high quality and seems to have shock absorption, the community seems very safe with good people staying here. The list really goes on. I don’t have a single complaint yet. I’ve seen people complain about the noise through walls, but I haven’t heard a THING. Also, there’s some sort of maintenance room between each apartment (most of them) which further separates you from your neighbors. The walls aren’t thin-it’s probably just some people have super loud neighbors where no amount of wall thickness would help. Also, the staff is friendly and I can’t see how things went south after Greystar took over. I’m telling you.. everything seems fine here. I’ve literally got not a single complaint.

DO NOT COME LIVE HERE!! I am very disappointed with the Condo management . I've lived here for over a year and since the management changed to this new staff, everything has only gotten worse. Starting with the lack of care and maintenance with the common areas that are increasingly dirty (especially the hall and stairs), lack of supervision with pet owners who leave their dog's dirt at the entrance of the building and now finally, we are no elevator for 5 days! I live on the fourth floor and I have a 2 month old baby. When questioning the staff about when the elevator would be fixed, they informed me that it would only be on Monday (today), because it was the weekend and they COULD NOT DO ANYTHING! And believe me, TODAY, the elevator is still broken. For all these days, I had to go down 4 floors of stairs with my baby, stroller and backpack. I just renewed my lease for another year (because I didn't want to move out with a baby) and the rent was raised! The neglect of this condo only increases and makes me want to get out of here as soon as possible.

The rent is out-of-control expensive, the apartments are small and cheaply/quickly built wood-framed buildings, the staff since the recent take-over/rebranding after only six months in business seems less competent. One of the few positive attributes are the amenities (pool, gym, billiards, meeting/conference rooms).

Moved in at the end of October and it's been great. The pool is beautiful, the apartment is super modern and cozy, we're 15 minutes from the beach. Tampa, downtown St. Pete, and downtown Dunedin are really close by. Super pet friendly community too.

Alta Belleair staff is very friendly and helpful! 10/10! The cleaning crew I think could do better and come more often. The elevator isn’t properly cleaned and I don’t think the hallways get vacuumed everytime they come. The dog park grass is dead and turning into mud. This started happening AFTER the hot summer months. The gym yoga room is pretty dusty and would appreciate if they could vacuum in there too. The yoga room AC also doesn’t work that well it’s very humid in there and makes it hard to work out.

Alta Belleair is a beautiful community with great amenities and awesome staff. The grounds are clean and well kept. I highly recommend these apartments!

We love our apartment at Alta Bellair - it is spacious, comfortable and has lots of storage. The finishes are great quality. The staff is always available and handles requests rapidly. Maintenance is excellent and it is truly a luxury community. It is centrally located, so we can travel to the beach and to business appointments in Tampa easily. Definitely a great decision!

Granite counters,wood plank flooring,high ceilings, real tile backsplash and so much natural light in every apartment. Resort style pool with cabanas and hammocks. Everyday is truly like a vacation! The team is always friendly and helpful. What more can you ask for!

My tour was great! Leasing agents are very welcoming and thorough on tours. The amenities are well kept and the apartments are beautifull and spacious.

This is a beautiful facility with professional, friendly staff. It is close to shopping centers, trails, airport and the beach! It is a wonderful place to call "home"!
