Quiet neighborhood, some units with big balconies, good access to public transportation, excellent amenities, friendly and responsive staff who put on great community events every month. Like everywhere else in Denver, rent is steadily rising. There are no elevators. Trash valet is a mandatory $25 monthly charge. It would be nice to have public bike storage (although you can pay for a garage unit). Also would be nice if public transportation could feasibly get you to the mountains. Finally, the WiFi and cell service in the gym do not work consistently which can be frustrating if you depend on connectivity for your workout plan.

Solana Olde Town Station is a beautiful and well run community. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The apartments are comfortable and there is very little sound from neighboring Apts. The amenities are fantastic. I love being able to walk to RTD and the town. Most of all I feel safe here.

Solana Olde Town is a good community to live in. It is more expensive than I’d like to pay, but the amenities are nice. Maintenance and lobby staff have been responsive to requests. The grounds are nice, well lighted at night, and feel safe. I hear no noise from neighbors. We live on the top floor, corner apartment. The apartments themselves are very nice, I’d love more storage but you can pay for a garage.

The staff at Solana Olde Town Station are all incredibly helpful and welcoming. Ive felt right at home here and the staff has much to do with that. Solana has amazing amenities as well that are unrivaled by many other local apartments and even some in downtown Denver. Its also been a ton of fun to be a 5 minute walk from downtown Olde Town! The path at the back of the property that connects Solana with Olde Town was a great idea. Its been a wonderful community of people and a fun environment to live.

This is a well run community. The grounds and amenities are excellent. The promptness of maintenance request are great and the apartment amenities and layout of the floor plan is really nice. I like being centrally located to everything that I need in the area.

Solana has been a wonderful place to live! Tenants are friendly and of a variety of ages, but it seems to be a young professionals community. Many dogs and people outside often, but overall very quiet and peaceful. I feel safe here and the amenities are great. Special complements to the front desk staff, they are always friendly and helpful and all my service requests are fulfilled within a matter of hours. Thanks Solana!

Large comfortable apartments. Very nice atmosphere and amenities. Walking distance from Olde Town Arvada is a huge convenience. Occasional noise bleed from neighbors.

I have spoken glowingly about Solana in the past. I wont do that again, knowing you would try to throw my family out on the street if we faced hardship in a pandemic. One day, $682 owed, that I had every intention of paying - and did - the same afternoon and you plaster a sign on my door giving me ten days to move, after three years of faithful On time payments. What has the world come to? Is there any humanity left?

It's a beautiful, well manicured complex with the best location-close enough to walk to Olde Town Arvada. Very nice, modern units, and having individual garages is HUGE! Grateful to live here.
I think the Solaba Community is a nice place to live in. Unfortunately I moved in during COVID times and the amenities usage and its protocols have created an ambience that comes across as hostile. However, i get it we have to stay safe and keep others safe. Furthermore, There is opportunist crime so we need to make sure to close our doors and garage, otherwise our stuff will get stolen.

Lots of amenities, trash pickup is good, lots of space compared to similar priced apartments.
No regrets about coming here. This has been as good as expected, the leasing office is great and makes everything very easy even during hard times (covid). Thank you!

Property manager seems weirdly defensive about resident concerns and the community message board is censored so that you cant share anything thats not praise of Greystar with your neighbors.
Any time we had an issue, we open a service request online and they responded and fixed it very fast.
I like Solana Olde Town Station because of the nice amenities, updated-modern looking apartments and because its very convenient location.
Moved in about a month ago. Great location (10 min walk to Olde Town Arvada & light rail station), fantastic amenities. Staff is friendly & helpful. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. It's been a good experience so far & we plan on taking advantage of living here.
Very nice apartments. Beautiful appliance's and super dog friendly. Parking is a little wild but other than that no problems with the place.
