The experience with the staff and community has been amazing so far! It was a smooth and easy move in, and everything solana had to offer was also a huge bonus!
The office staff at Solana are wonderful and helped us with all our needs and questions to get moved in. The building is very modern, with excellent amenities. Our apartment is perfect for what we need - modern, thoughtfully designed, and solid appliances, with a nice balcony facing the mountains. Being the first live in the unit is great and we have easy access to parking.
The can hear everything in hallways upstairs. Thin ceilings. Everything else is great. trash bins on the first level get full way too fast and creates issues. The parking garage needs cameras and speed limit signs

Way too many problems for a building that's so new. It looks really nice but it suffers from the same problems that all these "luxury" Greystar buildings do. Terrible building materials, curtains that don't block anything, countertops that are constantly marked up and stained just through regular use, subpar narrow floor plans, appliances that break at the drop of a hat. It's so expensive here, too. The staff are courteous when you talk to them and it's nice they put on so many resident events, but issues are not getting solved.

Living here has been great! The apartments are well taken care of, they put on a lot of community events, and everyone is very friendly. I wish rent was lower, but honestly who doesn’t? I would recommend Solana to anyone moving to Central Park area.

Great place to live! I enjoy going to the events. There are great amenities, especially the gym and pool. It has bene fairly quiet as well and I have enjoyed talking to the other residents.
I love it here the community is great and it’s so fun here. There are always community events that I enjoy being apart of. The place itself is beautiful and it’s peaceful.
Aesthetically pleasing, clean, great community, there are plenty of issues with amenities and quite a bit of hiccups here and there but genuinely what place doesn’t.? All in all the team here are great individuals that seem to have their best foot forward.

Great experience with the staff. Maintenance has been great and top of any issues we’ve come across. The community is super friendly and inviting.
Love the property but have concerns regarding continuous water main issues, when it rains. Last time it rained and at least 2 feet of water entered the building hallway. I am not a swimmer and it worries me that the carpet is constantly wet, dried with blowers, creating possible mold.

I have had a great first month living here, the amenities are so so, which sucks because we anticipated using them often but there’s always something needing fixed. Otherwise, the apartment has been great, perfect layout for what we need.
We were in love with the apartment at first. It has beautiful features that caught our attention. But discovering a gas leak after day one, and dealing with a water leak on day four, make it impossible for us to enjoy and share a positive review. Although the maintenance team came to address the situation promptly, we just feel that our permanence here will be filled with damages and issues.

Lovely complex! Large gym and excellent coffee machine. The mailroom is a welcome change after living in several complexes with annoying or inconvenient package delivery options. We're eagerly awaiting the opening of the bike storage :)

From the moment we met Jess (Leasing Manager) we knew we had to sign here. She and her team are so kind and so accommodating. Customer service is out of this world. As far as the apartment itself - beautiful and so thoughtfully designed! The amenities are perfect and make working from "home" a dream! We have loved every second living here :)

I couldn’t be happier with my Solana experience! The team took the time so I could find my perfect unit and were patient with all my questions. From the moment I moved in, the process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. The amenities are absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully maintained (There's even a library!). The surrounding area is also a major plus. There is a ton of walkable space and central park is right across the street. The complex itself is always clean, well-kept, and clearly managed with care. On top of that, the team puts a huge effort into organizing fun and engaging resident events. As a person moving to a new city this has been a game changer! Overall, I truly feel at home here ??

Jess and her team are great. They follow through on all things. Ample communications are very much appreciated. AND…they often throw great parties for the community. Sometimes a simple breakfast in the clubhouse or a full on street taco/karaoke event at the pool. The community here is growing and there are so many friendly outgoing residents.

We enjoy how Solana staff answers all the questions we have and goes all out to make sure that we are comfortable in our new home the surprise gift that was left on the counter when we first moved in you don't see that in other places and that was special and have they prepare for the community to get to together for the pets and the food and it's just a really enjoyable place

Homeless people sleeping on patios, questionable location. The manager does not treat employees well, she does seem to drink during business hours. Weed/cigarette odor in halls at times.
