Formerly known as Stapleton, Central Park sits just eight miles east of Downtown Denver. Devin with the leasing staff was amazing to work with and helped with the application process. My apartment is very quiet and sound proof. Great place to live! I enjoy going to the events. There are great amenities, especially the gym and pool. It has bene fairly quiet as well and I have enjoyed talking to the other residents.
I love it here the community is great and it’s so fun here. There are always community events that I enjoy being apart of. The place itself is beautiful and it’s peaceful.
Aesthetically pleasing, clean, great community, there are plenty of issues with amenities and quite a bit of hiccups here and there but genuinely what place doesn’t.? All in all the team here are great individuals that seem to have their best foot forward.

Great experience with the staff. Maintenance has been great and top of any issues we’ve come across. The community is super friendly and inviting.
Love the property but have concerns regarding continuous water main issues, when it rains. Last time it rained and at least 2 feet of water entered the building hallway. I am not a swimmer and it worries me that the carpet is constantly wet, dried with blowers, creating possible mold.

I have had a great first month living here, the amenities are so so, which sucks because we anticipated using them often but there’s always something needing fixed. Otherwise, the apartment has been great, perfect layout for what we need.
We were in love with the apartment at first. It has beautiful features that caught our attention. But discovering a gas leak after day one, and dealing with a water leak on day four, make it impossible for us to enjoy and share a positive review. Although the maintenance team came to address the situation promptly, we just feel that our permanence here will be filled with damages and issues.

Wow - we're delighted you had such a fantastic experience!
Homeless people sleeping on patios, questionable location. The manager does not treat employees well, she does seem to drink during business hours. Weed/cigarette odor in halls at times.

Everything and everyone has been amazing They have went above and beyond on everything from the floor plans to the amenities and I love everytime I see staff they always have a smile and seem very happy with their work environment as well we are happy to call this home!

I am beyond thrilled with my new apartment, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the entire team here for making the experience so seamless. I’ll admit, I might not always be the easiest person to work with, but Jessie, the manager, Shea, the assistant manager, and Philip the maintenance man have truly gone above and beyond to accommodate me. As for the apartment itself, it’s gorgeous. The amenities are top-notch, including a state-of-the-art workout area with weights and everything you could possibly need. Plus, there’s even a golf simulator, which is a fun and unique bonus that sets this place apart from the rest. I also really appreciate the attention to detail when it comes to package deliveries. If a package isn’t placed in a secure locker, the staff has personally notified me when it arrived, which is a huge relief, especially in larger buildings where package theft can be a concern. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my new home. The management and staff truly care about their tenants, and it shows in everything they do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, and well-managed apartment community.

No exaggeration that I LOVE my brand new Solana home!! Doesn't feel like a normal apartment but a luxurious hotel with a great open view of Central Park. Multi floor indoor parking garage, large swimming pool with elegant lighting, and several more beautiful community areas all within this awesome complex. Office staff welcome you with a smile are always available and made everything easy and seamless. High class living without the high price, I can't imagine ever wanting to leave ...oh and I never thought I'd be excited about a bathtub until now WOW
