Solana Apartments

I appreciate the very nice grounds keeping, scenic lakeside walking trail, also the peacefully quiet wood-side setting. I look forward to the pool and bar for summer. thank you!

Overall a good environment and really nice, just had an issue with leaks and appliances not working and such. Those being dryer not drying clothes, sink is leaking and creating water damage in the cabinet and also the a/c doesn’t work entirely.

I have lived here for a year and I am quite literally dying to get out. New management came on the scene ~9 months ago and it's only gotten worse. They started new initiatives but do not follow a timeline whatsoever. They repainted and power washed buildings for weeks, blocking off our apartment stairs with NO notice for DAYS at a time, closed the package room and gym suddenly - offering no alternative solution, and do not take resident opinions or concerns seriously. They are a mess! Our A/C unit has been dysfunctional for months, costing us $400+ a month, as well as problems with our washer/dryer. When maintenance came, he basically said 'Sorry - I don't know what this is'?? And nothing was ever fixed! Management sent a complex-wide message saying they'd come to look at everyone's units and guess what - they never did! Just another empty promise. We have also had issues with insects in our apartment. So disgusting. Most recently, management has tried to implement the alleged 'valet trash policy' - but they don't follow the rules THEMSELVES!!!! I have never felt more undervalued at a complex. Not to mention, the police have been here nearly 10 times over the course of my year lease and I have heard/witnessed multiple domestic *issues*. I do not feel welcomed, safe, or heard at this complex. The ONLY positive of Solana is the spacious units for the smaller price tag. But I'd pay triple to live anywhere else.

I Love Solana! The neighborhood is so clean, quiet, and overall nice to live in. I enjoy the quiet environment by the water, and the dog park for my pup! I’ve recommended these apartments to others as well.

Great complex, they are making awesome changes. Great staff and crew, easy to talk to. I feel important and heard about my likes and dislikes.

I have seen big improvements with the new management company. The app makes contacting the office easier and they generally respond pretty quickly.

Pretty place but it has been a horrible experience. I pushed too hard to get into this community because of our friends but the same people that processed us also lied to them and they never stayed. So our friends never got their referral and we got left here alone. Our place defiantly was not ready to move into, and then theres the putting us in two evicted apartments and basically forcing us to have no choice but to sign your paperwork when move week came.... For all that to tun into my gas being syphoned out of my car, crime weekly, gun reports, my apartment reeks of weed often, no one picks up after their pets, no action has been taken on the intruders that come into the exit, the gym has become an area where women cant feel safe, it is actually a joke... I have never been allowed to speak to a manager so my retaliation has been to create a huge photo album of review photos for this place because I expect to be burnt again just like when I signed. I could go one but i'm done

I love it so far! Very quiet, maintenance gets things fixed fast, love the amenities. Great for my second month being here I really enjoy coming home to a quiet community!

This is only my second apartment and already i’m in awe. The apartment itself is stunning with the most amazing kitchen, and the bathtub is so spacious. But honestly the community is what really impressed me. Not only the staff but the residents are so friendly and helpful, I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend these apartments if you’re looking for city, but not too loud/ and safe apartments.

Experience had been great all around except I was paying for a garage and didn’t receive a garage door opener for 6 mos. Even after multiple stops at the rental office and putting in tickets.

The office staff and the grounds staff are so professional! From my move in to my visit to talk about my apartment, they have been so helpful and they listen to me. I love that! Kind and Caring people work here!

My washer hasn’t worked since I moved in a week ago. I was told by three employees it would be fixed asap. I am still waiting.I would like a phone call or something.

I had such an easy experience from start to finish. Everyone is so friendly. I love the location and the move was smooth. Maintenance is attentive too.

Going on our second lease here at Solana and we’ve seen a big improvement with the leasing/management team, the grounds and the appearance of the apartments. We have no complaints and things seem to be going great. Love our space our neighbors are nice as well.

Beautiful place for the money. Leasing office is definitely needs some organizational skills when it comes to the way they communicate with new and potential residents. It's like the blind leading the blind.

I enjoy calling Solana my home. Friendly and clean neighborhood. Office management team are very welcoming and quick to respond to any issues.

My overall experience has been good. I had one minor issue with maintenance and one problem with a neighbor, but overall, it has been a 9/10 experience.

I try to never need maintenance or go to the leasing office - they both end in frustration! They really need to elevate their staff service, particularly management.

I've lived here for 8 years and I feel this is a great place to call home. The management is proactive and does their best to make things the best they can be by listening to their residents and improving the property. The location and amenities are excellent and the place is super safe for new residents. I highly recommend it!!

I love living in here. I would not consider moving anytime soon. Very friendly staff And my home is wonderful. Very spacious. Well maintained property, especially to live on.

It has been good so far, move in went smoothly after a slight problem with the leasing information. But everyone was very helpful through the process, as they knew I had to be moved in quickly.

Since moving in everyone on the leasing team has been very kind and informative. When we first applied and had trouble on applying the property manager took time out of his day to guide us through the application since we are young adults and are new to this . When you walk in you get smiles . Being in a job where you have to give great customer service it’s always refreshing when you receive that back .

I love the nature trails for walking my dogs. The apartment I have is spacious and has a nice contemporary feel and look. The staff has been very kind and helpful. I love the valet trash service. The community is very pretty. I can’t wait for warm weather to get to use the pool!

Morgan and the team that signed us up was very helpful and very clear on everything that we needed to do. They were great at getting the apartment set up and getting the lease set up. We appreciate everything they’ve done for us and look forward to working with them in the future

Easy move in & neighborhood is clean. Felt very welcomed at the front office. Free drinks & snacks? Count me in. Love the pool table & huge fireplace!

I love living here! It’s clean, quiet, and cozy. Highly recommend to any one looking into solana apartments. The staff, neighbors, and just the whole community as a whole is so amazing.

I haven't been at Solana long enough to give an exhaustive review, but the move in process was simple, staff was helpful, and the complex seems to provide what I need given it's location and amenities.

The process to being a resident with this company was seamless and easy. Morgan has been great throughout this whole move and I’m rather impressed that she remembers my son’s name and even cared to ask about how he felt about our move. Any issues I have had were addressed in a timely manner. Happy to call this home and plan to be a tenant for awhile.

We love living here very peaceful place, love the summertime is beautiful, we love our view of the lake! The leasing office is always cordial, and maintenance is always helpful an on time. Love the convenience of paying rent also request service calls. We also like how you guys show residents appreciation by having different events!

I love living at Solana- being close to Broad Ripple, Carmel, and downtown but still having the seclusion & peace of White River & lots of trees. The Monon is also just a short drive away. Amenities are good- especially the pool & gym. The apartment interiors are fairly updated. Overall a nice place to live.

I've lived here for four years and haven't had any major complaints. the community is nice and welcoming. Loving the backyard river scenery!

I’m happy here and that’s why I signed another lease and I’m looking forward to continuing to stay here. The community is amazing especially the pool scene

It’s early days yet, but we’ve met one neighbor at the elevator already! Staff have been very accommodating with our requests and we look forward to waking up on the river next week!

Solana is great! Maintenance is iffy but overall happy with my stay! Safe environment and great amenities. Workout room has essentials and pool is great in the summertime.

It’s been good so far with the new management Understanding and respectful The new management shows that they care about people and relates to residents and try to help resolve issues as soon as possible

The one person who fixed my kitchen faucet was good but the bathroom wasnt fixed and nor was the shower. I expect it to be fixed as a renter.

The service has gone very downhill over the last 7 years, yet the rent keeps going up. It takes several weeks for work orders to be completed. I have a garage that others will park in my driveway. I have been blocked in several times, without help from the leasing office, in which I had to uber to work. When work orders have been completed, the problem wasn’t actually fixed, such as the ice machine not working, light bulbs not changed, AC not working, etc. I had a horrible neighbor that played deafening music next door for over two years that they did nothing about. I called several times, wrote several emails, left several messages and would receive nothing. The last few times I have called the leasing office no one has answered. I have left messages inquiring information which deserved a call back and received nothing from them. The quality of the water is obscene; the faucets are slowly becoming decrepit and mold grows so easily at every water source. A true shame.

The painting and updating of the hallways is excellent. Having all the lights replaced has helped in a massive way in the garage as well. The Christmas decorations and lights this past season were fantastic and a positive look for the clubhouse.

Very Helpful staff. Spacious apartment with modern features (e.g. cabinets, wood floors. soaker tub, soft water)… beautiful sunrise view from my balcony.

Fairly decent. We had trouble when we first moved in but a better experience after new management was put in place. However, half of the ellipticals and one treadmill never seem to work in the workout room and one of the weight lifting machine does not have a pin to hold weights.

Put residents needs 1st and have more resident appreciation venues. Have more control on dog park and open the pool longer at night for residents to have access

I was surprised at how much my rent has increased since I have been here for over 10 years. I hope the new management improves communication and cares for their residents.

Good experience, office staff is great maintenance is better since the takeover. The clientele is improving. The game room and security needs some attention.

I love being a resident. I love my unit and my quick access to my vehicle. I can't wait to enjoy the amenities in the Spring and Summer. I enjoy the thoughtfulness of managent: the pies during Thanksgiving and the wrapping station at Christmas.

I haven't met many of my neighbors yet. I can say the office and maintenance staff have been top notch. I'm sure as it gets warmer I'll meet more of my neighbours and also get the chance to enjoy the lake.

Morgan has been amazing maintenance has been very professional as well as interaction with office staffers I have enjoyed my stay here. We’re going on a year living in Solana. The environment is very peaceful. They keep the grounds up-to-date as well as the apartment furnishings.

This apartment complex is very nice, very well maintained inside the units, and in a very good location. The prior management company made things unbearable for a while, but the current company has helped turn that around. The units are very spacious and the appliances are very up to date. Many of my friends who live nearby pay much more for this amount of space, so I am happy with the choice overall!

Great location, apartments, and price but the maintenance response was very bad last year; requiring multiple tickets over weeks for small and big issues to be addressed.

This is the first apartment I have ever lived in and I have been here for 4 years now! I always feel safe, the community isn’t bad, and the leasing office has always been so sweet to me!

This is my first apartment and it is the best choice I have EVER made. Staff is awesome, I feel safe, and they complex is very giving to their community! Social gatherings, food trucks, even the monthly newsletter keeps you informed about what is going on in the apartments. Parking can be a challenge but it’s worth it!
