Property Ratings at Solaire
The Solaire apartments are conveniently located near Old Town and right off the 15 which was a high priority for me location. The complex is fairly new so it has a very modern and very comfortable floor plan. The amenities are awesome. There’s a gym that is very clean and I’ve never had anyone else in there when I was using it.. Beautiful views. And the California room is very relaxing too and a great spot if you have some friends over to hang out and barbecue. The staff is very nice and has responded to all of my issues I have had. When I first moved in the cleaning company failed to be thorough, but the office management made sure it got taken care of.
Gate code never works, the hallways are dirty and need repainting, lights outside garages are out- multiple ones) lamps to see when it’s nighttime are out as well. Someone needs to come check out this property it could be so much nicer especially with all the new apartments being built.

Solaire is one of the best communities in Temecula. I have had a wonderful experience living here. The residences are top notch, very well maintained and extremely clean. The staff here is super friendly and cooperative. Alyssa has been very prompt every time I have asked for assistance in any matter. Pretty much lived here with no issue. I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a quality residential experience.
The staff at Solaire does an excellent job of attending it’s tenants and is quick to fix any request for repairs.
Terrible management, they don't care about residents' concerns and don't enforce any rules.

Nothing luxury about this place but the price. Under staffed, constant issues, things always broken, homeless people, homeless people digging through trash dumpster. Suppose to be smoke free but my neighbor didnt get the memo. 5-10 minute wait for hot water. Mandatory valet trash is a joke, just creates a mess all over the walkways. Front gate does nothing in keeping the wrong people out. Little parking but I have a garage. O and did I say overpriced.

This apartment complex is modern and beautiful, but up until recently, it’s been very hard to get into communication with staff and the amenities work about half the time. The last two weeks has seen a positive change.

Overpriced, not luxury. Basic apartment with the same issues as non luxury apartments.. only luxury part is the price.. access gates always broken, hot water sucks, water pressure in shower is bad, holes under my sink, little open parking, when i first moved in i had no heater.. it was 58 degrees in my apartment in winter.. list goes on.

Solaire is a nice community but as a first time resident, I am severely disappointed in the security, or lack thereof. The first night in, our cars in our garage were broken into and important documents were stolen. My sister who lives with me submitted a notice on the theft on the portal but it's been over a month and it has not yet even been posted on there. Word was they were going to install cameras in the blindspots in front of the detached garages but no such work has been done. This would go such a long way in making us feel safer. We just moved here and now I don't know if it was the best decision.

Happy Old Town Living! We have lived here since the construction! We love the condo feel and location can't be beat. Great floor plan, especially since we live 1st floor 3bed room... With our attached garage. Quiet area and lots of open space for our son to ride his bike within the security of the gates!

I love living here. Units are very spacious. There is a serene feeling when walking throughout the property.
I love the privacy of this property. Parking is never an issue, it is a clean and well maintained. The whole team is is friendly and always helpful . I would say everyone is family including fur babies!!
As the Temecula Police say "...you're living on the wrong side of town". That explains a lot here.

Solaire is a great community. The property managers are very professional and efficient when conducting business.
The styling and appearance of the complex is nice but the construction quality (even by multi-residential standards) is substandard, The complex easily needs at least 20-30 additional parking spaces. There are never any spots open for guest parking.

First, I was never told there was going to be ongoing construction from 7am to 4pm, Mon-Fri. I even told them I was moving from my current apartment after eight years due to excessive noise. Good luck if you like to sleep past 7am. I was greeted with ants in my unit as soon as I walked in. There were several other problems. An air conditioning issue among them that I told the front office about. They either ignored my problems or said they would take care of them, but in actuality did nothing. Their primary concern is renting units, not taking care of the tenants who have already moved in. My neighbor has already fired off a letter to upper management because his treatment has been just as bad. Fortunately, because I have dealt with terrible management before, I have been documenting everything. Taking video of problems, sending emails to upper managers with the specific problems, and keeping their responses in case I need to go to court, which is looking very likely. I have received calls from their upper managers and lots of apologies. They are great at saying "sorry." The best. However, if you really need anything taken care of, the chances are "sorry" is what you'll end up with.

The staff is horrible (Angela)and are very unprofessional and not knowledgeable when assistance is needed. The quality (construction)of the building sucks all you hear is garages all day and people walking past your door. Sound control is bad. They claim this is a smoke free community but you see cigarette butts all over the grounds.
