I love the amenities, a great jacuzzi and pool, many high end BBQ grilling areas, clean and well appointed club room as well as a modern and well equipped gym. We also have areas to study and take business calls that are semi private making this a never needing to leave home. The proximity to nearly every shop and business just a few steps away makes it a winner.

Just a horrific place to live. Whatever you do, do not move here. I'll outline some of the cons below and why I would never choose to live here again: -They assured me that a $800 increase in my monthly rent was 'below market value'. -I only receive about 50% of my packages. The rest are stolen by people that walk and stalk the halls at Sola. -Parking is a complete nightmare. People park sideways, in incorrect spots, and on the wrong floors. Yet, nothing is done about it. -You pay $45 per month for trash. $45!!!! How is that even possible? The only service you have is large places to dump trash bags. -You are not living alone because you can hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors beside and above you are doing. Other residents have told me the same thing. Literally, I can hear every footstep that my upstairs neighbor takes and can hear personal conversations from my neighbors. -There is an insane amount of construction going on right next to the apartment complex. It is so loud from 7am-6pm M-F. -They don't want you to renew your lease. If you somehow make it through 12 months at Sola, they will present you with a lease that is unbelievably expensive (literally an $800/month increase). -They will also take 100% of your deposit. I lived alone, had no pets, and am extremely OCD about cleanliness and still had my entire deposit taken. Pros: -The front office managers are kind, but they have zero power to do anything of substance. Please don't move here. For your sanity, please look somewhere else where 'luxury' actually means something and you're not paying 100% above market value for a really poorly manufactured building.

I have lived in Sola since shortly after its opening in 2018. For approximately four years, it was a wonderful community. Cheaply constructed and not without some problems, but overall a nice community where management cared about its tenants. Unfortunately, Greystar then took over ownership in 2022 (R&V was the previous management), and the experience has not been the same. Rents have increased astronomically and there is no apparent respect for long-term residents (although I was assured that the $712 increase in my monthly rental renewal rate was below market). To make matters worse, due to security concerns, the clubhouse is unavailable to residents for the foreseeable future; there are constant issues with doors not operating properly with the community key fobs; and maintenance is slow to respond (not the fault of the maintenance worker — maintenance is woefully understaffed). Unless you absolutely must live across the street from CCA, my opinion is that you should avoid Sola and Greystar altogether.

I have, along with others have tried to inquire about this place and visit with Zero response. There is no level of customer service for a place that seems to need tenants. The property management company, we believe, has chosen to ignore any new inquiries for reasons we can only imagine.

We just moved into Sola at Pacific Highlands Ranch last weekend. So far - it has been absolutely AMAZING. The property is clean and safe. The staff is friendly and helpful (especially the maintenance staff!). My neighbors are courteous and polite. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and full of everything you could possibly need. I see Sola being our home for the foreseeable future!

the structures / architecture are very pleasing and appealing - the landscaping is very nice appropriate and well maintained - they look fresh and green and well maintained - some flowers would make the surroundings spectacular access to groceries and restaurants bakery is easy and convenient

I love this apartment complex because of it's great location ( I can walk to my bank and favorite stores--1 minute, and though it's close to all the freeways and the beach, the community amenities make it feel like a country resort), and the friendly staff who are available, accessible, and just always so helpful. The amenities and community areas are beautiful and so spacious and inviting, and everything is always beautiful and clean, including the very accessible car garage. They even have occasional apartment-wide fun gatherings. I have never rented or lived in an apartment before and I feel very fortunate to have found this fabulous place!

I am a current resident and can’t say enough positive things about Sola. First off the staff is amazing. Tina, Bre and Shelly have been so helpful with our move and they are so attentive and really take pride in the relationships and trust they have built with the residents here at Sola. Proximity to stores and entertainment was a major factor in my decision to move to Sola- having a Trader Joe’s, Rite-Aid, Starbucks and a handful of restaurants literally within 100 steps goes far beyond any convenience I was looking for. The property itself is impeccable. Top-of-the-line finishes and actual resort style amenities. I say actual because it is very much on par with any five star hotel you will find anywhere. The apartments are extremely quiet, even though there are a lot of residents that have moved in our building- we do not hear any noise at all. There is a giant dog park across the street, as well as access to the best school districts in the county. Perfect for the young professional that wants to have access to entertainment and convenience- just as much as the family that wants to have an abundance of amenities for themselves and kids. All in all- I couldn’t be happier. I I highly recommend Sola to anyone that wants to have the best of the best and still have the convenience of amenities and ease of access to freeways and the beach.
