i think there are many within that lack the consideration of others, ie not cleaning up their dog crap, not obeying the trash guidelines and people utilizing the parking spots for guests when they already have a 2 car garage leaving it impossible for guests to park. Mgt does a good job in curtailing it but some still don't care and continue to follow down the same improper behavior and lack of courtesy for the other tenants

I love the community and apartment, however, I must say that the way rent is handled with the cost of the rental going up almost daily until the rental is rented out really truly doesn't make any sense to me or most people. The cost of the unit should remain the same no matter how long it too to rent it out. It isn't the renter's fault that they didn't know about the new listing immediately in order to take advantage of the lower rent.
