Sodel Apartments has been such a great place to live! The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels really welcoming. The office staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or maintenance requests. My move-in was smooth, and the apartment itself is spacious, updated, and comfortable. I’ve really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend Alpine Apartments to anyone looking for a nice, hassle-free place to call home!

I have loved every second of living here. The staff including maintenance is always going above and beyond. I've lived here for 15+ years. I have watched it undergo many cosmetic changes and it is a wonderful thing to witness. If you are looking for more than just a home.. check out SoDel

This is truly a perfect home for me. I’ve lived here for almost a year now and it’s perfect. Perfect location. Great staff. And the renovations are amazing. My apartment has turned into a home and I won’t be going anywhere anytime soon. I rarely have maintenance requests but when I do maintenance is very timely. I have no Issue thus far

I loved it here Melissa the manager is amazing such a sweetheart. But the community is very well kept and the apartments itself are beautiful I love the renovations and all the things. They are constantly trying to find more ways to better the community I love it

Unfortunately Sodel & Towne properties is not worth your time or money. Sodel many issues living here but the biggest is there customer service or lack there of. If you live here get ready for outstanding maintenance requests, unanswered calls and emails, and being over charged in rent.

Staff is really excellent. The townhouses are so so spacious and i love the new renovations. Kara was so helpful with the application and the process was smooth sailing. i’m looking forward to moving here. especially you are paying an amazing rate for amazing home

Sodel is really a great community very quiet, well-maintained staff is friendly, and Maintenace is fast. I really have no complaints I've lived here for a while and it is very consistent i definitely think you should look into living at sodel

I moved into this community and its absolutely amazing. The renovations are lovely and the lady in the office Kara has been very helpful through the whole process. Any maintenance request I have they are right on it and the location is perfect right by everything you'd need. I recommend making this your new home !!!

The one bedroom is spacious and offers an all-in washer/dryer. The unit also offers parking in front of the door so coming and going is never a Hassell.

The grounds are very well kept. It’s a very quiet community tucked back in a great neighborhood. My first thought was that it was in a great location near lots of shopping centers and other businesses. Great responsive staff and very helpful as well. I would recommend checking them out!

I enjoy the fact that my unit has its washer/dryer in unit. Not having to share/travel is very convenient.

Large bedroom, big closets, Finished basement, huge laundry/storage room. Kitchen and bathroom are updated.

Good luck if you run into any issues with your apartment (which you will). Management fails to communicate on issues or ghosts you. These brand new apartments were shoddily constructed and though they claim they were completely rebuilt, they are not. My ceiling has been leaking for a year (once caving in and I was unable to use one of my bedrooms for a month). My AC was out for three months in the spring. Their pool is crumbling and a safety hazard. There is no “fitness center”. Stay away.

I just moved into sodel a month ago and i am so pleased. The apartment has a brand-new stainless-steel refrigerator and oven that are the nicest ones i have ever had. It feels like a brand new home with all of the remodeling they have done. The whole staff has been so helpful to me and every little thing that i have needed. i am so happy i found this hidden gem.

Toured today and the property is really nice. It’s in a neighborhood with residential homes so i didn’t even know it was back there. Lots of space and parks and a pool.

the property is really nice with all the landscaping and updates. This is the first apartment i looked at that had brand new stainless steel appliances which is almost unheard of with apartments these days i feel like. the office staff was welcoming and friendly.

Would not recommend. Management does a very poor job at communication. They will close your maintenance tickets with no work done or commmunication. The updates were shoddily done and it shows after you’ve lived in the unit more than a month. Infrastructure updates were not done so expect continuous roof/ceiling leaks. Also there is no fitness center. I’m not sure how they can put that on here.

I toured last week and i can't get over how big the apartments are. The townhouses are BOMB. The girls in the office were really nice and helped me with every thing i may need to make moving easy. I can't wait to move in.

Happy that I stopped in to tour SoDel. The agent was very enthusiastic, and did a great job selling the property without being pushy which I appreciated. The apartment that we toured was very sleek and updated. I will be applying this evening.

Today I met with a very kind madam. She took her time and ask many questions to help with my needs. We then toured a large two bedroom flat that was very nice with all new work done. Very pleased.

These apartments are huge and great for families wanting to be in the Kettering school district. The property has also recently went under new management and has remodeled all of the apartments/townhomes.

After only living here a couple months I can honestly say that SoDel is a great place to live. I love my apartment, have great neighbors, and the staff is not only friendly but thoughtful.

These apartments are really nice and in Kettering. They have updated all of the apartments so everything is new in them. The woman in the office also said they would be adding a fitness center sometime this year.

These apartments are really big, they have been completely updated, they sit back in a quiet residential neighborhood, and best of all they are in the Kettering School district.

The townhomes at this property are very spacious and have a finished basement. They have tons of closet or storage space and everything has been remodeled.

The manager is always friendly and quick to get things taken care of. The maintenance man Bruce is fast and professional.

These apartments are Kettering school district. They have also been updated and are bigger then most of the rental houses in the area.
