I’ve had a great experience living at SoDel Apartments. The location is peaceful yet close to everything, and the community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. My apartment is modern, spacious, and filled with natural light. The management team is friendly and responsive—maintenance requests are handled quickly. Amenities like the gym and parking are a huge plus. Overall, it’s a comfortable, safe, and stylish place to live. Highly recommend!

I moved into this community and its absolutely amazing. The renovations are lovely and the lady in the office Kara has been very helpful through the whole process. Any maintenance request I have they are right on it and the location is perfect right by everything you'd need. I recommend making this your new home !!!

The community here is friendly and respectful! Office staff is very attentive. The grounds are always kept up nice and clean. My apartment turned out better than I expected when moving in.

The one bedroom is spacious and offers an all-in washer/dryer. The unit also offers parking in front of the door so coming and going is never a Hassell.

The grounds are very well kept. It’s a very quiet community tucked back in a great neighborhood. My first thought was that it was in a great location near lots of shopping centers and other businesses. Great responsive staff and very helpful as well. I would recommend checking them out!

I enjoy the fact that my unit has its washer/dryer in unit. Not having to share/travel is very convenient.

Large bedroom, big closets, Finished basement, huge laundry/storage room. Kitchen and bathroom are updated.

Maintenance was always quick to address and fix any issues that came up. The community itself is always clean. Highly recommend renting here! Always felt at home

When I came to visit to a unit I found the complex was well put together and clean . The office staff was also very kind, helpful and professional. I was satisfied with what I saw as a potential resident

Good luck if you run into any issues with your apartment (which you will). Management fails to communicate on issues or ghosts you. These brand new apartments were shoddily constructed and though they claim they were completely rebuilt, they are not. My ceiling has been leaking for a year (once caving in and I was unable to use one of my bedrooms for a month). My AC was out for three months in the spring. Their pool is crumbling and a safety hazard. There is no “fitness center”. Stay away.

I just moved into sodel a month ago and i am so pleased. The apartment has a brand-new stainless-steel refrigerator and oven that are the nicest ones i have ever had. It feels like a brand new home with all of the remodeling they have done. The whole staff has been so helpful to me and every little thing that i have needed. i am so happy i found this hidden gem.

Me and my girlfriend love it here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments look just like the photos. they are beautiful! I love the new floors and new appliances. feels like the apartment is brand new!

Toured today and the property is really nice. It’s in a neighborhood with residential homes so i didn’t even know it was back there. Lots of space and parks and a pool.

I feel extremely blessed to have found this beautiful community with so many wonderful people. I have only lived her for 3 weeks but it feels like my forever home.

the property is really nice with all the landscaping and updates. This is the first apartment i looked at that had brand new stainless steel appliances which is almost unheard of with apartments these days i feel like. the office staff was welcoming and friendly.

Melissa and Jessica are great! The townhomes are huge and really nice. The application process was easy and fast. Looking forward to moving in.

Would not recommend. Management does a very poor job at communication. They will close your maintenance tickets with no work done or commmunication. The updates were shoddily done and it shows after you’ve lived in the unit more than a month. Infrastructure updates were not done so expect continuous roof/ceiling leaks. Also there is no fitness center. I’m not sure how they can put that on here.

I toured last week and i can't get over how big the apartments are. The townhouses are BOMB. The girls in the office were really nice and helped me with every thing i may need to make moving easy. I can't wait to move in.

Grateful that I stumbled upon this hidden away apartment community. It is quiet, close to parks, it has many updates, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I would most definitely recommend Sodel.

Happy that I stopped in to tour SoDel. The agent was very enthusiastic, and did a great job selling the property without being pushy which I appreciated. The apartment that we toured was very sleek and updated. I will be applying this evening.

Today I met with a very kind madam. She took her time and ask many questions to help with my needs. We then toured a large two bedroom flat that was very nice with all new work done. Very pleased.

These apartments are huge and great for families wanting to be in the Kettering school district. The property has also recently went under new management and has remodeled all of the apartments/townhomes.

After only living here a couple months I can honestly say that SoDel is a great place to live. I love my apartment, have great neighbors, and the staff is not only friendly but thoughtful.

These apartments are really nice and in Kettering. They have updated all of the apartments so everything is new in them. The woman in the office also said they would be adding a fitness center sometime this year.

These apartments are really big, they have been completely updated, they sit back in a quiet residential neighborhood, and best of all they are in the Kettering School district.

The townhomes at this property are very spacious and have a finished basement. They have tons of closet or storage space and everything has been remodeled.

The manager is always friendly and quick to get things taken care of. The maintenance man Bruce is fast and professional.

These apartments are Kettering school district. They have also been updated and are bigger then most of the rental houses in the area.

I had family who used to live in these apartments. I remember them being pretty big which is what brought me here... I didn't know that they had been remodeled. They are so beautiful now. What a difference it has made to the complex. Wow...

Great location, Near UD, very modern and updated. Lots of storage/closet space. Open parking, no fees. A mile from The Greene.

I was living out of town when I applied for an appointment at SoDel. I relied completely on the information the website provided as to what my apartment would look like. I arrived in town last week and I am extremely pleased to see that my apartment looked exactly like the pictures on the website.

This property has made so many great improvements, both inside the apartments and outside as well.

These townhomes are large and have a nice finished basement. The are newly updated and have stainless steel appliances. The people in the office were are friendly and helpful.

I am new to the area and chose Sodel on a whim. The apartments were beautiful and modern. The location is great. You are within minutes of several different grocery stores, lots of restaurants, an outdoor mall, and several walking and bike paths.

I have lived here for several years (pre new management.)Melissa in the office has always been great. The new management company took over about a year ago and they are doing a terrific job investing in this apartment complex. Its has definitely made a huge difference.

I love my new townhome, it is everything that hoped for. It looked identical to the model they showed me. My new neighbors are great and even helped me move my stuff in. The manager is awesome, and the cherry on top... its within walking distance to the Eudora Brewing Company! SCORE!!
