The apartment is clean when you first move in, very bright big windows, maintenance is very fast, a lot of parking available (including free guest parking on the perimeter of the complex), right across the mall, modern/updated cabinetry and appliances!

From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the management team. The leasing process was smooth, and any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly. The apartment itself is beautiful—modern finishes, spacious layout, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space, perfect for cooking at home. I also love the quiet atmosphere; it’s peaceful, and the soundproofing is excellent. The location is ideal, with grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation just minutes away. It’s made settling in so much easier and more enjoyable. The application process was long and confusing, the website is not very user friendly. They use third parties heavily which require a lot of personal information to be shared which was concerning. We would have appreciated a bit more guidance with the move in process as well. Otherwise, we really appreciated Eleonora who was very helpful, we probably would not have gotten through the process without her. Thanks El!

Complex itself is a 2. Always broken doors/entry pads, no landscaping upkeep, parking garage designed for a world of mini coopers and the trash chutes look like an episode of "Hoarders" Every. Single. Weekend. Looks like but they've slapped lipstick on a pig to help cover the fact little proper maintenance and upkeep has been done over the years. 3rd star for my neighbors. The complex is very pet friendly, and the pet owners we've met here are all wonderful.

Overall great experience. Love the apartment, love the area. My apartment is facing the garage and there was a grass wall covering the garage which was great but it fell down and it has not been put back up which is my one downside. Besides that I’m having a great experience.

I’ve had no issues living here. I like the apartments and it’s been peaceful. The only issues have been things that other residents would be responsible for which I know can be out of the managements control. I think the only improvement would be cameras in common areas. I have had a package stolen

Gorgeous apartments, awesome location, and tons of amenities! It is quiet and comfortable here. Love the pool and gym, as well as being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping!

The apartment itself is beautiful. I love the layout of the inside of the apartment, the design and never have any issues there. The amenities are beautiful and it's a very convenient location with lots of parking. The parking spots themselves in the garage are kind of unusually tiny. The pools are not heated which limits their availability in different seasons-this should be adjusted because the two pools are a bit draw. There are fairly frequent issues with receiving mail/packages here but when their system is working it is convenient. The cleanliness of the grounds is an issue as well because so many people don't pick up their dogs poop. I am a dog owner and it is shocking.

Good community and great location. Maintenance does a great job of coming to take care of issues quickly and effectively, as well as does a great job at keeping the grounds clean.

I have enjoyed my time immensely at Society Westshore since moving here 6 months ago. After viewing several apartment complexes in the area (and moving from out of state), Society Westshore was my last stop and the clear winner. The apartments are spacious and updated, the amenities are excellent, and the staff is always a pleasure and quick to respond to any problems. I love my apartment, it truly feels like home.

So many things wrong with the apt when moving in. Jose and John are on it. Fixed everything quickly and efficiently. It’s quiet in my particular apt. I’m really enjoying living there so far. They’re working on gates and fobs to be fixed. Hopefully sooner than later.

The outside of the apartment may look nice, but everything is poorly built. The walls are SO thin - you can hear every step from your neighbor that lives above you. When I moved in almost every single appliance was broken and had to out in about 6 work orders within the first week. The outside fob doors have been broken now for almost 3 weeks - how do you not fix the outside doors where residents need to access to get into the building - that should be a top priority! There are so many other nice apartments in the area, spend the extra few dollars for a better built and maintained apartment.

Thank you for your feedback. Please know, our controlled access is a top priority and is addressed as such. The community did have a system outage causing some controlled access concerns, and those were addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. We do apologize for that frustration, as it was our goal to have it corrected immediately. Unfortunately, we were at the mercy of the items needed for the repairs. A change in management did occur not too long ago, and we are striving to ensure all maintenance concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Please let us know if you do not see that occurring. We do apologize that your move in experience was not what it should have been.
Do not live here! There is no management/they do not care. No one to help/get a hold of. Garage doors always broken, trash everywhere, loud at night, no response for complaints. Just avoid!

Piles and piles of trash in parking garage regularly. Common area hallways never cleaned (only on first floor where tours are). Witnessed a shooting right outside, heard another outside not even a month later. Maintenance requests ignored. Your mail packages will be thrown around in the parking garage. Cars broken into inside of the parking garage, one with broken glass still sitting there from two month ago?

Society Westshore is a great place to live for working professionals that need to commute nearby, or even people like myself that work from home 100% of the time, the various common spaced make it ideal to get up and go to a different spot for a call. The amenities are beautiful and you even have a covered parking garage which is a nice to have in the Florida heat in the summer. The mall is across the street and some of the best restaurants in Tampa are a 5 min drive, you cant complain with this place.

The office can’t get it together number one. They want everything to be tip top perfect but don’t do anything to make that happen. Let me just say first and foremost, my car was stolen after being broken into 4 months prior on the 5th floor. Society west shore employees told me camera where supposed to be going in here I am a year later and still nothing. On top of that i waited 5 months to get. Anew key fob since mine was in the stolen car. Couldn’t check my mail etc. Then on top of that my rent goes up, I guess that’s their way of compensating for my stolen car and their lack of courtesy for their residents. Great job guys, seriously get it together. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The community has the potential to be very nice, however they do not take care of their amenities. Overall very disappointed with the state of the community.

Management is great, and made sure I had everything I needed when I got here. I moved in sight unseen so it was nice to be taken care of from the minute I arrived.

Would not recommend living here. Background checks aren’t done on residents, sketchy people who live here, very loud residents, no respect and it’s dirty in community areas
