Part of Jacksonville's downtown area, Southbank is separated from the rest of downtown by the St. John's River, which encompasses this peninsula on three sides. One of the best in Jacksonville

I've lived here for a little bit over a year and have had a great experience. It's a newer property and is in a great location. You are less than 5 minutes from the Riverwalk, as well as San Marco and Riverside. Updated appliances inside and great amenities (gym, pool, outdoor courtyard). Front office is super easy to work with and they care about tenants. They also have food trucks for dinner once a week. Highly recommend SoBa!

SOBA's location in San Marco can't be beat- it is close to the bridge for commuting and close to so many restaurants, parks, and the Riverwalk. The staff is friendly, approachable, and it shows they take pride in what they do.

I would NOT suggest moving to SoBA unless you want cheap building, warping floors, toilet holers 3 feet from toilet , AirBnB people trashing the community daily, and management not wanting to be bothered unless your a cute police officer coming to see a resident but not wanting to do his job and staying with management. We pay too much that also when cleaning is not here and you tell management trash was left in a hallway they won't be bothered to clean it up and leave for 2 days until cleaning returns. That's just lazy.

Not good communication, community aesthetics are beautiful but complex was poorly built and a lot of the lay outs, lights, apartment items don't work for the average person like 3foot toilet holder from the toilet or towel rack behind the toilet or light switch behind a door, 2 inch under door so you can not use a door stopper. I could write a list. It's crazy!

A hidden gem

Beautiful new apartments with Awesome kitchens great open floor plan large balcony and the coolest inside courtyards with unique style amenities- don’t pass on this one. We saw everything Jax had to offer.

I’ve watched the property being built and really wasn’t sure what it was. It’s a little hidden but once you walk inside...wow! Beautiful design and very nice people working there! Im not moving until next year, but I will definitely be coming back!
