The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Manager at Smyth, Responded To This Review
So good to hear from you! Thanks for letting us know. Have a great day!
Overall the move was very smooth and the staff is very prompt at responding to my emails
Smyth is my home, and I love living here! My apartment is beautiful, surroundings are nice and well-kept, people are friendly, and living here is easy. I always want my home to feel safe and peaceful, and I’m thankful to have found that here at Smyth. We need t-shirts that say “Smyth Proud” or something like that to show our community is the best!
Can someone tell me why the electric gate has been broken for years? Why they changed owners and the owner updated the description for the complex but did not remove that it is electronically gated? They have no intention of fixing it but also have no intention of stopping their false advertising that this community is gated. I rented here because I wanted a gated community. I pay for a gated community and I have never had a gated community, they lied and said they were fixing the gate and they have no intention of fixing the gate. That is called bait and switch and they need to change their advertising to eliminate the language about the gated community that they have no intention of ever providing. If you want a gated community this is not where you want to live because it will never happen.
Make sure you tour your unit prior to move in. Check appliances thoroughly. Also make sure you know everything that is due at move in, even if it isn’t on the move in documents. The front desk staff is hard to get ahold of but quick to hand out eviction notices, they aren’t doing anyone any favors out of good faith.
Awesome place with some good neighbors and a great location.
Woodbury has been a great community for me and my kids and I love living here. The neighbors are friendly and the office staff is great.
Yesterday I request a work order for my sink, maintenance staff were prompt at notifying me for the project, very respectful, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you!
The facility is generally quiet and comfortable. I like the gym area. The maintenance staff is very nice and efficient. My experience with management staff has been positive and helpful. The online services for communicating our needs is definitely a plus.
I like living here its pretty quiet, grounds well kept the only thing parking is terrible for visitors.
Lived here from 10-2014 until 4-2017. Within 6 months of moving in, the carpet was worn and stretching. Asked about stretching the carpet back or new carpet. Was told by Bill that nothing could be done. Upon move out, they executed carpet replacement clause and charged me 400 bucks for new carpet. Nice place, but read your contract carefully and inspect everything. Overall, a bit scheisty.
Where do I begin? Loud rude neighbors, dirty. The dog waste cans are usually overflowing at least once a month. The breeze ways in between the apartments are filthy, Seattle alleys look better. People park anywhere, on curbs, blocking hydrants and spots. And don't forget yearly rent increases of $80 to $150 per year. So don't plan on staying long time. Loyalty is punished. Management is apathetic. There are equivalent properties that cost less.
Polo Club is beautiful. The staff are great. And the apartments and grounds are relatively quiet.
I have loved at this apartment complex for about 3 years. I love living in this community! The manager is extremely nice and so are all the staff. They are very attentive to any issues that arise. The apartments themselves are beautiful and very spacious for the price you pay. They have a pool, park, and basketball court. My children and I enjoy living here!
