Holland and Zeeland are neighboring towns in western Michigan off the shore of Lake Michigan. Most of the area is rural and filled with wooded spaces and farmland, but the commercial parts of Holland/Zeeland are situated between both towns in the southern section of Highway 31. The commercial section of town features plenty of modern amenities and entertainment like hotels, restaurants, big-box stores, grocers, and more. A theme park, gardens, and trails along Macatawa River are located in the area as well. More outdoor recreation is provided by Lake Michigan and Grand Rapids, which is only 30 miles northwest.

I’ve lived at Sligh for 6 weeks and I cannot say enough good things. The apartments are so well constructed and every finish feels high end. GDK and Dillon have been great. It’s the perfect location right on main ave in downtown zeeland. I’d recommend it to anyone!
i just moved in. the process was really fast. property manager dillon was really easy to work with. very quite, clean, love the high ceilings! neighbors have been really nice. you take two steps outside and you’re in zeeland downtown. you also got the police station and post office right down the street. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment/townhome!

We absolutely love living here! Since moving into our townhouse in early August, our family has felt right at home. The building and its units offer a perfect blend of modern and historic charm, featuring bright, airy interiors and high-end appliances. The location in downtown Zeeland is ideal; we walk and bike more than ever because we're within walking distance to the school, library, pharmacy, and restaurants. The property manager is friendly and responsive, making us feel like part of a community. Moving here has been a game-changer for our family and we couldn't be happier!
