For the price, I guess its okay of a place to live. However, don't expect management or maintenance to do anything. The pool is constantly closed. My AC broke and instead of fixing it, they put in a window unit that struggles to keep my unit under 80 during the summer. Better off looking elsewhere in my opinion.

this place is a dump. ***The only reason they have a few good reviews is because they send a email out every couple of months asking people to post good reviews for a chance to win a gift card. Scummy.*** between the cramped apartments that are way over valued and the disgusting property this place was a nightmare to live at. they find ways to nickel and dime you to meet their current rent prices if you got a unit at a cheaper price. all the windows and appliances are extremely old and inefficient. they put the thermostat on the same wall that the washer and dryer are up against so when you do laundry you cant use your AC or heat because will cause it to stay on or not turn on depending on if you need heat or ac. my vehicle was vandalized the first week i was there. you have to pay for parking in the parking lot you already pay rent for even though there is are cars that have no plates that sit there taking up spots. there are always loose dogs and homeless people wandering the property. the inside of the apartment has no storage in the kitchen for food, only space for a few dishes. all the lighting, toilets, appliances are so old and waste your electricity and water. they make you pay for the electricity for the lights they installed on the outside of the building that always stay on. they have constantly raised our trash collection prices and other fees to make sure that we were paying the highest price they had listed for a unit. I'm telling you do not move into this crap hole. you will not save any money, in fact you will waste more. we kept our thermostat at 68 in the winter and our bill was consistently 130 because its so poorly insulated. there is dog poop everywhere and no enforcement for owners to pick it up. I didn't have to deal with the office people much because when I made a request or complaint they told me there is nothing they can do about it or that no one is there that could help.

The new owners have leasing agents that don’t respond for weeks. Don’t bother wasting your time.
I just moved in so I haven’t been here long but everything has been great so far. Kathy was very helpful with getting everything set up which was very nice since I was “blindly” moving in from Texas. The apt is bigger than I thought with nice open rooms and everything was clean when I arrived. Parking hasn’t been an issue, the amenities are well maintained, and there are plenty of walking trails and parks close by. I have a big dog so it’s great how pet friendly everything is and all of the restaurants and shops I have gone to nearby have been great!

Stay away at all cost horrible apartment complex owned by a horrible management company Graystar properties under construction no air no pool nothing but lies. Your apartment at move-in is in horrible condition dirty don’t expect a clean apartment at move in.

This is my first experience with an apartment and I am so glad I chose Skyview. The entire process was simple and the staff here are amazing and polite!
This is a nice place to live, however, we were never given a key for the on-site pool or directions on how to use the gym. Our rent was also raised during the pandemic when we were given options to renew our lease, and the lease renewal options are interesting because none of them match up, whether by time period or by monthly price. Weve also had some issues with maintenance, whether that be our fridge dying and being told the food would be replaced and it wasnt, our microwave breaking and being told theyd need the citys permission to fix it, and the heat breaking for about a month. It seems like the people in charge arent communicating to one another about these problems, and thus it takes a very long time to get anywhere with fixing them.
The manager is great, very patient and really goes to the top to be sure new residents know and understands everything regarding rental and all amenities. The new maintenance group has improve the areas, doing great, very respectful.
This is my first apartment of my own. It was a big step and it terrified me. The management and team has showed me nothing but respect and courtesy. Theyve helped me with all my questions no matter how small with professionalism. I truly enjoy being here and the people who help keep this place running.
It has gone down hill in the 4 years I've lived here. Property management has changed 3 times and big property wide issues keep getting put off.
Maintenance was the only good thing

Skyview is a great community to live in.
I used to love living here, now it is getting bad. Hot tub has been broken for about 6 months, gutters are separating from the building causing flooding on porches and in apartments, bbq grill area needs repair.
Skyview has some of the best prices given the amount of space in their apartments. Although there are some flaws with the building structures the area is quiet and slightly hidden so there is a lot of privacy.
New staff is wonderful- helpful & follows up with you.
Skyview has a great location in Westminster. Close to many shops, schools, and the highway. Just moved in but so far it has been great!
Only move here if you're okay with none of your appliances working and maintenance doing nothing about it. Roshonda the manager pretends like she cares until you're moved in, now I can't even get her to respond to a direct email. The workmanship on the apartments is very shoddy, they cut corners and take shortcuts; leaving nails sticking out, cracks in the fireplace, carpet not stapled down, crooked front doors, cracks and 2 inch holes in the walls, faulty plumbing and heating. I can't wait to move out.
Old buildings with poorly remodeled units that by now have gone through three or four tenants due to high turnovers. Hot tub leaks and seems to be cold many times a year. Pool is crowded with people ignoring the two guests per apartment policy. Parking is terrible unless you like parking on the street. The fronts of most buildings are all reserved spots so you will never be able to carry your groceries and stuff right up. Neighborhood is denser now and more crime and homeless. There's much nicer and newer apartments for what they will end up charging.
Set this apartment up over the phone. Was ready to move in the second we pulled in. Roshonda was AMAZING help, she was so diligent and worked so hard for us to be able to move in. Just ask for Roshonda and she will get the job done for you! The service is great with a great friendly staff. A great place to start out in the Denver metro area. Would recommend.
My wife and I were out-of-staters, we showed up in Westminster with a place lined up. When we got here our contact for our new apartment was MIA and the replacement kept telling me we wouldn't be able to move in for a variety of reasons and that it was her first day. Looked like we should make the 14 hour trip back... Then came Roshonda of SkyView apartments. After a stressful night in a hotel, SkyView was our second stop looking for a new place. As soon as we met Roshonda and saw the apartment we knew we wanted to live here. Our whole life was still hooked up to our truck and we were running out of time to return it. Roshonda did everything in her power to get us moved in as soon as she possibly could. She even tackled paperwork other property managers didn't feel like looking at. Since we've moved in the care from the management team hasn't faded. All maintenance issues and questions were resolved quickly and professionally We look forward to calling this home. If you're not from the area and have anxiety about moving - look no further than SkyView.
My niece lives here with her little baby and when the temperature was well over 90 degrees in the house... they sent no one to fix the A/C. They wouldn’t even bring her a temporary unit to help cool down the place. They called the answering service 3 times and were reassured that someone would be out. No one ever came. Complete disregard for this little baby’s well being.

While at first glance this may seem like an average apartment complex it has a ton of issues that mean you should avoid it. - The front doors to the apartments don't fit their frames. This means that anytime anyone in your building leaves or enters their apartment they have to slam the door to close it. This makes a high pitched screeching sound. Sometimes due to the temperature you cannot even close your door fully to lock it. - The hot tub almost always has a large pile of dirt and leaves at the bottom. - Their auto-rent pay system double charged me rent. It took three different visits to their office to have them sort it out properly. Their auto-rent pay system has also not charged me for a month causing me to issued late fees. This also took a visit to their office to resolve. - There is frequently no parking available here. You are often forced to park a long walk from your apartment or outside the apartment complex completely because there is no available parking. Instead of fixing this issue, they offer to charge you an additional fee to have a "reserved" parking spot. - The insulation of the windows is terrible as they do not properly fit their frames leaving gaps. Do not rent here.
Been here for almost 10 months and will be moving soon. I have loved my time at SkyView! It's quiet, great location, and I enjoy my neighbors. The apartments are very nice and everything works very well. It's safe and low-key. The pool area is really nice but there are a lot of kids in this complex and that seems to be a popular place for them. Parking isn't the greatest but that is expected at any complex if every resident has a car. The only things I can ask they improve on is work orders being done in the requested time (usually would happen a day later) and hardly ever answering the office phone. If you do have issues, however, best bet is to go to the office and the ladies are more than happy to help with anything. I think what truly sold me was the office staff and I've never had any billing issues or problems with the online payment portal. Sad to leave SkyView but hopefully others can make this their next home and enjoy it as much as I did!

Been a resident here for a long time, the renovated apartments are cheaply done, work orders are always slow, the pool is constantly full of kids who just make a nuisance of themselves I can't even take a swim for health and fitness reasons. The parking is a complete joke unless you pay for it ($35 for a uncovered parking spot) SkyView is nothing but greedy they want to charge for everything and raise your rent every chance they get.
I've been here for over a year now. I couldn't get ANY maintenance done, even one that was promised BEFORE I moved in. New management came in, one old manager transferred and the other fired. New management said essentially what can I do for you. I told them and it got DONE. In one case more than I asked for! Also, one of the three maintenance men; the one I called the all grown up Eric Cartman; is no longer working here!!!
It's a beautiful apartment. It is newly renovated, but the maintenance does not maintain anything. Such as wasp infested bushes, leaks, out of uncontrolled weeds and bushes. Also, down at my apartment building, (I live on the first floor) there is leftover water feom months ago! Just sitting on the cement! It can carry some sort of diseases from the stagnant water! The water also attracts flies and pests constantly... Very unsanitary and irritating whenever I want to get in and out since I walk through about 100 insects each walk through... Otherwise, it's a pretty nice apartment. Just watch out for the low maintenance!
Newly renovated, BUT two out of three window screens missing, windows filthy, a hornets nest in the outside dryer vent right outside my living room window, and the tub water lines are reversed! Told management three months in a row about it, but nothing was done. My neighbors tell me they can't get maintenance done either. Otherwise, not too bad.
The newly updated apartments are tastefully done. the area is quiet, no highway or train noise which was very important to us. The Staff & maintenance team are all great people. The area definitely lives up to its name, to the west are beautiful sunsets and there is an amazing 'sky view'! I highly recommend this location to anyone searching for a new apartment!
