I moved to Columbus sight unseen and was attracted to Skyview based on the price and amenities, and all of the pictures and reviews looked amazing! Well...upon moving in I quickly learned that Skyview is a low income housing complex with some really good PR photographers. My apartment constantly smelled like weed and cigarettes (I am not a smoker), the area surrounding the complex is a mostly abandoned industrial yard, I routinely witnessed my neighbors fighting, my neighbors abused their dog. OH, AND MY DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBORS SHOT EACH OTHER. I HEARD IT AND THEN THERE WERE COP CARS SWARMING THE PROPERTY. But other than that, it's great!
I've been here for almost 3 months now and I have nice neighbors and maintenance is always on top of things staff is friendly and listens and help in any way I'm glad I mad this move and my kids love it plenty of things to do.

I came across these townhouses, while helping my mother relocate. Claudia (Leasing Agent) was so kind and professional. She gave an amazing tour a very clean unit and answered all our questions. She was also very patient with my mother and walked her through the application process.

Every morning i walk my kids over to the school and they are out cleaning and keeping the complex looking nice and Tad is always greating me saying hello he seams like a very nice man

I moved here in November and couldn't be more satisfied with any apartment. When and if anything ever needs fixed they get it fixed right away, for example my heat stopped working in December and they came that same day which was a Sunday and got it working for me and my then one and a half year old. I also love that you can pay your rent online since I do everything else online.

Very friendly staff nice clean neighborhood! Kids playing outside daily! Issues at first but things came together and I signed my lease for another year!!!!

Safe so long as you stay in the complex. Papa johns and donatos are the only places that deliver on this side of parsons. Maintenance almost never shows. Rodent infestation on day 2 of moving in, never got that fixed with their help. And the new parking lots they put in turn into a great pond after a little rain!

I moved here in October 2016, by November 2016 I had a mouse infestation problem....one year later almost problem still has not been fixed! They are horrible, they DO NOT work with you. However it's makes sense, you get what you pay for.

they have rebuild this area where it is safe to go outside now . hey have new playgrounds nice people that work in the office ,also nice people that live around me . there's a brain new pool with slides also a youth center. they have a laundry room and a fitness center also computer access . and free cable and a really nice walking trail

I have been here for 1year and I love it because they want to work with you they have a lot of events and if you win them your rent is taken down by 200 they also have key cards for the workout Center that way no one else that is not a resident can get in also they have on site security who rides around in trucks so over all its great

Pros: cheap rent given the proximity to German village and downtown, water and cable package included in rent, hardwood floors, relatively quiet neighborhood located between a police precinct building and the CPD evidence building so help is never far away, adjacent to the newly renovated Lincoln Park pool complex, extremely helpful staff Cons: limited parking means depending on the time of day you get home you may have to park on the other side of the complex, limited patio space which is shared with neighboring unit

I've lived at skyview townhomes for about a year and a half now, and I love it! The community is beautiful and family orriented! Kids are always outside playing, people are always having cook outs in the summer, and everyone has their own garden to plant flowers. The community is also pet friendly! I love that I can pay my rent online and anytime something needs fixed, I submit my online ticket and they are here to fix it with in a day. I love it here and always recommend it to friends.
