Great move in experience, easy to use resident apps and options for flexible rent payments (2x/month for biweekly checks). Apartments are much more spacious than they looked online.

Complex is well looked after and clean. Amenities are great and do not have any issues. Carpark can be dangerous sometimes as some like to speed.

May 5,2025, I stepped out on Faith and asked Jesus to let me live at SkyStone Apartments! Appointment was made first with Emily who was so nice then with Kali when my life Totally changed! I was an unemployed Registered Nurse with no clue of what I was going to do next! I lived in Albuquerque last year and the beauty of SkyStone Apartments glistened everyday as I rode to work, a majestic view! May 16th, Kali, Tina and Ezequiel greeted me like I was Royalty!!! I was speechless!!! Kali showed me the apartment I knew in my heart it was meant for me! Kali was so encouraging like a new best friend, more than words can express! Tina is Awesome/Regal and Ezequiel became a mentor like a brother when I came in on the weekend to answer questions! May 23rd I got my keys and moved in!!! I still jump up and down everyday Thanking Jesus for the Miracle of living at SkyStone!!! Kali, Tina and Ezequiel are Angels on the Earth!!!! I will be forever grateful to each of you for all you’ve done for me!

The entire complex is always clean and well-maintained. The pool area is really great. What really stands out is how friendly and helpful everyone is, from the office staff to the maintenance team. Any time I’ve had a request, they’ve been quick to respond and always kind.

I moved here with my parents back In 2021 and when I grew up I moved away for a year then I came right back because these are the nicest cleanest and safest apartments I’d like to say on this side of town

Recently the quality has dropped a little. There's dog poop everywhere, grounds are not 100% maintained and maintenance orders are taking a little longer. don't get me wrong, the maintenance team is great, it's just taking more time now. Pool rules are NEVER enforced, there's apartments with 10 guests at a time (2 per apt allowed) being noisy, disrespectful, bunch of people smoking weed at the pool, etc. Sounds like a lot, but it is still a great place to live, nice apartments and amenities.

The apartment is nice the only thing I wish was I could take a hot shower after work or in the morning we never have hot water and seems like no matter if we are home they turned it up as much as they can but it’s still lukewarm it seems. The people are nice and so is the location I also noticed the movie theater is never open like the door is broken and never was fixed

Staff is very friendly and responsive. Complex is well designed, apartments are nice. One suggestion would be to have events every so often so residents could meet each other. Otherwise, life is fairly isolated here.

The community is great. My exception is a concern with a few of those who do not pick up after their dogs. It is close to a lot of shopping and conveniently placed near many great restaurants.

Love it here! Clean and well kept. Maintenance is very reliable. Nice amenities, the pool area gives ‘mini resort’. There is always someone in the leasing office, which feels like help is always available.

Very happy with the experience at this complex. The staff is amazing, especially the maintenance staff. The pool is awesome, and well maintained, and the landscaping is great. I plan on staying here for quite some time.

The apartments are beautiful. The amenities are also very nice. My apartment It’s in great condition.. Staff are extremely friendly! But the parking is awful.. almost feels as if they want you to pay for the covered parking! Because there’s about 7 regular spots and the next 20 are all covered! So, if you work late there’s absolutely no way you’re getting one of those 7 parking spots, then you’re stuck walking very far just to get to your apartment. Why not automatically include parking it in the rent? Instead of us having to go ask for one, because then you go ask for a covered parking spot and there’s a waitlist!

We inform residents if they have additional vehicles that they are not using, please store them elsewhere. My wife and I have lived here for almost two years and we love it. Overall an excellent place to live. Well managed and maintained, Great location and quality. Office Staff are excellent and friendly, maintenance guys are always helpful and friendly. And they get the job done!

Travel nurse. I Was unable to finish my lease as my contract was cancelled. I gave a 60 day notice hoping I wound get a little bit of a break. I did Expect to pay a break lease fee but when the bill came it was $4700. They tacked on $1700 with no real explanation. I left the apt immaculate too. I always enjoyed renting at grey star properties but not anymore. They overcharge like all the other rental companies.

So far loving it here. I love the pool and the media room everyone has been super nice so it’s made the move great ! I just wish there was a fan and light in every room we’re already paying so much to live here it sucks to have to also splurge on a fan and light. However besides that I love living here

The community is great! It feels safe. There haven't been any parking issues. The pool stays clean and other residents seem friendly. One month in and we are happy so far!
