It is brand new so it’s beautiful, thoughtfully designed, clean, and very peaceful. A night and day difference from our old place. The office and maintenance staff is so friendly and quick. My fiancé and I moved from North Carolina two weeks ago. Skymor is our first home in Florida. We love it! The townhomes back home were nice but didn’t always have the intentionality. The fenced in backyard is a life changer. Especially for us with two dogs but for privacy alone. Jessica is very sweet and manages the property so well. Natalia is well versed in the place and is always happy to help. Michael does maintenance and he’s very polite/quick. I love the walking trails here. The playground is so nice and developmentally appropriate. Theres a huge dog park next to the pool. You really can’t go wrong! We have been here for a month and love every second. Come find your home here at Skymor!

Recently toured this community and was pleasantly surprised that it was located at the end of a residential street. The community is so quiet and peaceful. The townhomes are built by David Weekly and they did a great job. You can tell this wasn’t cheaply built. I plan on moving here once my lease ends next year.

Toured Skymor Wesley Chapel and I have to say, I was really impressed! The place looks even better in person, the community was very clean and quiet. What made the whole experience even better was the staff! Everyone I talked to was super friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. I checked out the homes at Skymor Wesley Chapel and totally loved them! The layouts and backyards were awesome, but what really stood out was the location. Being so close to great schools, I-75, the outlets, and The Grove is a huge plus. It’s such a great spot!
