The city of Dracut is settled on the Massachusetts-New Hampshire state line to the north and the Merrimack River to the south. This riverfront suburb offers a quaint, peaceful atmosphere with a park-like environment that you’re sure to enjoy.
Though the residential streets of Dracut are calm, once you take a leap over the Merrimack River, you’ll be in Downtown Lowell where you’ll discover historic museums, galleries, restaurants, shops, and more! Situated 32 miles northwest of Boston, Dracut is far enough from the hustle and bustle of urban living while still being in easy driving distance. Directly north of the University of Massachusetts Lowell, the city has a youthful vibe that comes from this popular university just minutes from your potential new home.
To the east, Dracut shares a portion of national state forest with its neighboring cities of Lowell and Tyngsborough.

Property Ratings at Skyline Commons
Management doesn’t provide warning for entering apartments. Maintenance takes forever and completes service request in system without actually resolving issue. No notice and just come into your apartment for none emergency tasks.
The Skyline Management team is not responsive to any need, request or inquiry via phone or email. Maintenance staff makes you feel like an inconvenience when you request any type of maintenance no matter what time of day. Many packages got stolen that were delivered to the building. Common areas (hallways, staircases and laundry rooms) are barely maintained and filthy most days. Smoking is allowed in all buildings and the smell fills the halls and other units. The cheap rent is not worth it to live here for 15 months
I would absolutely recommend Skyline to anyone looking to settle in Dracut. I have been a resident for almost a year and a half. Apartments are super updated and clean, the maintenance staff does an excellent job maintaining the grounds, and the office staff is super friendly. I have never had an issue with bugs here, no mice, and no smoke smells from neighbors, which is completely rare to find these days! The only reason I am not renewing my lease is because I am moving about 15 minutes from Boston for employment, and the commute just wouldn't work for me having two young daughters as well. My daughters and I have sincerely enjoyed our stay here, and we would recommend to anyone looking to relocate to the Dracut area!
I found this rental community to be immaculate. The rental staff is very friendly and courteous. The grounds are well maintained I will be signing the lease in September. So far it appears a good value. Thank you Linda S.
