The leasing agents have been very welcoming and the unit is fantastic. On top of the good living, the location of the apartment is perfect for those of which who work in the city. An easy Marta ride down.
I love the community and the convenience it has. The restaurants and gyms are nice around here. I also love the amenities that are here and I love how there are monthly events held for the community.

No problematic behavior by other residents. Good concierge service. Change in rent payment system for August caused me a one-time problem. The dishwasher in my apartment never worked.

I like the view from my apartment very much — it’s truly one of the highlights of living here. The lounge on the 26th floor is absolutely amazing — a perfect spot to relax, work, or entertain guests. The building is always nice and clean. Overall, I’m very happy with the atmosphere, amenities, and overall experience. Highly recommended!

I’ve been living at SKYHouse Buckhead for a year and overall, it’s a great apartment in terms of location, amenities, and design. The building itself is modern, well-kept, and offers beautiful views. However, I do feel there’s a lack of community here. It would be great to see more initiatives that bring residents together and help build a stronger sense of connection among neighbors. Additionally, management and maintenance could be more proactive and responsive. Communication isn’t always consistent, and requests sometimes take longer than expected to be addressed. With a bit more effort on the community-building and service side, this place could go from good to truly exceptional.

I have been a resident for 4 years. Every year there is a concerns. At first it was tenants that were loud and disrespectful. The pool area was always crowded with people who didn’t live in the building. We have 3 elevators and they are never all working at the same time. We had an infestation of nats for an entire summer it was unbearable. I now feel the building is infested with roaches. It’s just been a crazy 4 years. I have not used the pool area in two years because every summer it like party central. For the amount of rent I pay on time this is ridiculous. I love my apartment and the close access I have to work and leisure that’s why I gave it a three but everything this else is horrible.

Great community and management staff. Only complaint is that maintenance could be better. The elevators and garage gates are always having issues.

Iv been here 4 years, and it’s mediocre.. the rent increases but nothing changes at the complex. Never had a security officer, which i always hate.. gates always broken, elevators always broken, no real amenities… staff not the friendliest… idk it’s just not worth the price or increases.

Great area! Love the space and the people here. The gym is awesome and the rooms are spacious! It’s only an 8 minute walk to Lenox mall and 12 minute walk to Target.

My whole experience was excellent, from the moment I walked in to check out the floor plans all the way to move in day. Everything went smooth. I love the place but Unfortunately, I have the impression many unauthorized people have access to the pool areas without control, damaging the infrastructure.

I love this community! Very welcoming and being dog friendly is a plus!!! The staff is so sweet and attend to every problem you may have. Very clean as well!
Too expensive to live here for what you get. The residents that live here are noisy and sketchy and constantly throwing parties and nothing is done about it. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a quiet place.
Natasha is amazing or as I told her a "miracle worker!" I am glad that she brought in Nicole as the new Jorden. I think the best judgement of any experience is not always when they are great but when potential disastrous consequences might be avoided. Natasha and her team made that happen for me. I expressed my sincerely gratitude in person but this should be known publicly. I am enjoying my residential experience so much that I just made an in house transition into a better unit and even longer lease. Probably the best type of vote of confidence.
There is a lot to love! Everyone is so nice and excited to be apart of a community, it’s pretty quiet in the apartments. Views are fantastic. Apartments are very ergonomic. We were worried about some of our stuff fitting but it’s been working so far. My biggest complaint, to no one’s surprise, is the elevator situation. Hoping they get them all up and running soon. One elevator is down for repairs (for over a month) so that leaves us with two. Which would be fine, if we had access to both at all times. Sometimes the service elevator is being used for moving or maintenance, so 26 floors… one elevator a lot of the times.
I have loved it so far! Everything was so easy for moving in. The loading zone made my move in day so easy. The concierge are all so so kind. I feel like i am in a great community

Apartment was not ready at move-in, but management was very helpful and prompt to correct this. Building needs a more thorough cleaning, specially the hallways.
My first year was 5 stars, second year was filled with a lot of issues. The bug infestation, no elevators, slower maintenance, and a whole lot of noise as I moved to a lower level unit. Amenities are still awesome though.

Very nice leasing staff and staff in general. The residents I’ve met have been nice and informative about things in the neighborhood. I really love being within walking distance of so many things including the mall.
I have only lived here a week but I am thoroughly enjoying myself! I love the access to all the foods and fun. It’s wonderful living in the city and close to transportation.
I absolutely love, Skyhouse Buckhead! I’ve been here four years. The location, price and staff are amazing. I just upgraded my unit on a higher floor and I love it!
We have faced some problems, but overall it is good. There could be more flexibility in correcting the functioning of the automatic reception doors and elevators.

Everything is good but few days later I moved in, trash chute and elevators are broken. they fixed some of these within few days. It was quite uncomfortable but they handled it fast and I love my place

I moved in about a week ago , the elevators were broken and the trash chute was clogged. But the staff did everything they could to make move in a little easier.

The past month had a gnat issue through out the building and apartment. Had to purchase several items to combat the issue. It was resolved however it took over a month to complete. As of today we are still not able to use the trash shoot.
