Sky Harbor Apartments

Imagine you're sold a beautiful renovated apartment with new carpets and new appliances and being told that this is the standard for all our units and you move into a mold and leak ridden, stitched carpet, white and black appliances from the 90's. They take 0 responsibility for lying, and act as if you pointing out their dishonesty is a personal attack. I have never reported mold to an apartment in conjunction with feeling sick and have had to 1 be told that there is no evidence that the mold is making me and my pets sick, and 2 have maintience take almost two months to fix said leak and mold, but the second I want my rent discounted it got fixed the same day, a new temp wall was put in and they sprayed "mold killer" which I later found out is just paint primer meant to be put over stains during construction. but its sad I had to get into a verbal altercation with management in order for my issue to be deemed worthy or addressing quickly.

Ownership has changed three times since 2015, and quality has diminished. Avoid this place at all costs!! I have called about my furnace being out and SEWER water backing up into my kitchen sink with no reply. Rent has gone from $785 to $980 for a one BR; up 25% because of “the market.” Horrible experience, and I’m seeking help to get out of this place.

I love the staff here. They are so friendly. My kids know the maintenance men and office staff by name. Their favorite part of the day is stopping at the office after school for a snack and visit Shannon and Stacia. Mr Doug and Mr Dan go above and beyond, I've never waited more than a day for any repair or request. The pool is a great place to get to know your neighbors. There are tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs. A gas grill for our use, which was great because due to fire laws we had to get rid of ours.

I am glad to call this place my home, its a great area, close to my work, the ladies that are at the leasing office are extremely nice and understanding. Place comes with a pool and a fitness center that is kept clean at all times.

Overall I'm very pleased with my apartment in Sky Harbor. The staff is great and always accommodating. My only issue is that I can hear my neighbors above me whenever they walk around! The ceiling creaks so bad! Luckily we're in opposite shifts in life or this would be unmanageable!

Our Apartment Is Location Is Ideal For Families and Couples. Located Minutes From Restaurants, Parks/Playgrounds, Shopping Centers, Grocery Stores, The YMCA, and Only A 30min Drive From Down Town Cincinnati OH . The Actual Grounds Are and Feel Very Private Quiet Away From Traffic And Feel Very Safe. "Picture Perfect I Would Say" The Grounds and Buildings are Always Beautifully Maintained All Year Round. Helpful Attentive Office and Maintenance Staff, A New Workout Center, Basketball Court, Pool Gazebo and Fire Pit and Playground Are All Just Icing On The Cake When You Call Sky Harbor Home.

We really enjoy living here. The apartments are well kept up and the maintainence crew work their hardest to keep the residences in the best possible condition. The response of maintainence to requests is very fast. The office staff, Shannon and Stacia, are very friendly and helpful. Sky Harbor staff actively promote and encourage a sense of community among the residents by organizing community events for us to enjoy.

I have lived all over the country and this is the best place I have ever lived. They have great service, large apartments and is the most quiet place I have ever lived at. I would recommend my apartment to anyone, I am very proud to live there.

I did a lot of research on apartments in Northern Kentucky. You typically get what you pay for with apartments, however as far as value, Sky Harbor is the best. The rent is reasonable, maintenance is friendly and reliable, staffing office is great, living conditions of buildings are clean and nice. I have lived at several different apartment complexes and I highly recommend this one.

I am so very happy with Sky Harbor that I renewed our lease with them. Then Management Team and Maintenance Team are awesome. They go above and beyond when it comes to their tenants. I enjoy all the amenities that they have to offer within this community. Landscaping is always improving the grounds and the surrounding grounds are well kept. I feel very safe and secure within the Sky Harbor community and I would highly recommend Sky Harbor to my family and friends. Sky Harbor is just an awesome place to live

My husband and I moved from Florida about a year and a half ago. I rented our apartment sight unseen and I have not regretted it! The apartments are spacious and very well maintained by an excellent maintenance team. The property managers are the always there to promptly assist with any issues that may arise or to just give a friendly "Hello!" The residents here are especially warm and welcoming, too. We love living here and are not planning to leave anytime soon!

Moving into an apartment, I used to worry about a lot of things. How are the people around you? How does the management treat you? Do things get fixed on time? I can honestly say I like where I am since I don't have to worry about those questions. The people in the community are nice. There's no loud music nor are there parties being held. People respect each other. About the loudest thing I hear is the kid upstairs. He's just a toddler so he gets to be a little loud (not that bad) at times. If that's my biggest problem...I can live happy. The management treats me with respect and responds to my questions politely. I can handle that. They provide service with kindness and professionalism. They make sure the property around the area is taken care of no matter the season. Lastly, the maintenance staff needs some respect here. They fixed my window when it leaked as fast as they could. If I needed them to come out, they came as fast as possible. They fixed the problem and were as friendly and respectful as you can hope. These guys can fix just about anything too. I can't complain. So, I have to give an excellent rating. I've lived in other apartments where I wasn't sure if the walls or management were more slimy. This place is great.

I've lived at Sky Harbor since Fall 2011. The location, rent, neighbors, community, and staff are great which is why I am still here. I have had a positive experience for the most part with the exception of some noisy neighbors and maintenance issues. My only con is that the apartments need updating...I live in a one bedroom. Overall, I enjoy living here.

The engineering team is fantastic and fast whenever a issue is reported. The office ladies are very nice and super responsive.

The apartments are spacious, up to date and a very nice place to live.The grounds are well maintained, I especially love the rose bushes everywhere! The staff is very knowledgable, helpful and friendly! If maintenence is ever needed, they are on top of it to resolve the issue. There is a nice sized pool and picnic area, also a gym.It is close to the schools and shopping. Ive been here 2 years, and just renewed my lease for another 2 years. I love it here! This place is the best around

This is a wonderful complex, close to the airport, schools and shopping and highways but a little secluded so it's very peaceful. Staff is very helpful and actually takes an interest in the residents. Grounds and buildings are well maintained and beautiful. Has an exercise room, nice pool and entertaining area and play area. Allows pets and neighbors are extremely friendly. Had checked out other complexes and this is by far the one that feels like a home.

Sky Harbor Apartments are truly a small piece of paradise. The grounds are kept up so well that it seems like the grass never grows. All the buildings are in good shape though inside cabinets do need to be upgraded along with the windows. But besides that I love that this is a pet friendly community which is extremly hard to find these days. I LOVE WHERE I LIVE!

Sky Harbor is definitly just that!!! I never thouht that you could be in an apartment complex that feels like a neighborhood. When you pull in it's just like pulling into your own front door always clean, quite, friendly neigbors. Don't know where this gem has been hiding but I am so happy we found it!! Not to mention the staff is amazing if your shopping around make this your last stop. Simply Freaking Fantabulous (not a word) i know

Sky Harbor is a great place to live. It is very well kept! They have community get togethers! We have a swimming pool, fire pit, playground, workout room, and dvd library! The staff is always so friendly and helpful!

Sky harbor in Burlington has proven to be a good choice. The location is nicely set within minutes of the freeway and downtown Florence, but nestled between trees and country roads. The management has always been polite and responsive, as has the maintenance team. My only complaint is that despite numerous mass emails by the staff, few rules have been enforced in regards to parking and dog care.

Outside of official campus apartments from school, Sky Harbor in Burlington is the first apartment I've lived in. At the time, I came down to look at apartments, and met a very friendly staff who showed me a very clean, brand new apartment. I decided it would be a good place to stay as I started my first professional job. At the time, I didn't realize how lucky I was to find Sky Harbor on the first try. I've lived here for coming up on three years now and had I think five issues total. Each of those issues were minor for the most part, and either taken care of next day or same day. Moved in and noticed the ceiling fan in the living room was slightly wobbly. Had a new fan installed the next day. AC stopped blowing air and had someone out the next day to make sure it was working. Brought measuring tools to ensure it was exactly how it should be rather than just saying "ok it should work" and walking away. He came back every 20 minutes or so and adjusted it until it was perfect. Now to the part about why I got so lucky. A few months ago I got a job offer that may mean I need to move. I started to look for apartments in Columbus, OH and it's incredible how terrible every apartment sounds. Bugs, terrible staff, etc. I'm certainly not looking forward to living anywhere other than Sky Harbor. The staff in the office and the maintenance team goes out of their way to make sure you're happy, offering things I didn't even know was something apartments ever did. I was out in California when I had bought a TV and UPS delivered a 46" tv to my door and just left it there while I was going to be out of town for another six days. I was naturally freaking out assuming it was going to get stolen, and called the office to see if they could possibly pick it up and keep it in the office. Rather, they offered to just drop it inside the apartment. I'm sure that may seem like a normal thing, but as someone who hadn't had an apartment before that was pretty great. I've had them do that a few times since, even if something got dropped off at the office and I wasn't going to be able to pick it up because of work hours, they offered to drop it inside my apartment. I could spend all day writing about how happy I am with this place, but the short version is this: Very clean apartments, very friendly and helpful staff, very few issues that if they do occur are taken seriously and fixed ASAP. If you're looking for a place in the area, you can't go wrong at Sky Harbor.

My Wife and I just renewed our lease at Sky Harbor after living there for a year. Our one bedroom is great size and was in great shape when we moved in. The staff is super friendly and nearly always available to help when you need something. The community is quiet, but very close to shopping, restaurants, and the city. One thing I love about Sky Harbor is that they've made multiple improvements since I've moved in (exercise room, fire pit, outdoor shelter, etc.). The staff seems to take pride in the community and the owners are willing to put money back in to make improvements. My only complaints would be that parking is limited near my particular building (1800s) and rent is a little pricier than other apartments in the area. Overall, Sky Harbor is worth the price though and a great place to call home. My only complaints would be

I moved into Sky Harbor about six months ago. The difference between this community and the last complex is unbelievable, with no increase in rent (I didn't just "upgrade" my complex by paying more per month). I truly feel that I am part of a community, not just an apartment complex. The community is pet friendly, and it offers a pool, with a sun deck and nearby pergola and fire pit, a basketball court, car wash station, and a fitness center, with a dog park in the works! The staff are friendly, and they are always eager to help. It is not unusual to see office and/or maintenance staff chatting with community members as they go about their business day. Sky Harbor also frequently has renter appreciation events, which adds to the sense of community. The community is close to the Cincinnati airport and has easy access to I-71/74 and I-275, and is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. It just feels like home.

The apartments themselves are relatively new and have spacious and attractive floor plans. Management makes good efforts to ensure the apartments and properties are well-maintained. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly. As for the area, the apartments are within 10 minutes of several grocery stores, shopping plazas, a shopping mall, fast food restaurants, sit down restaurants, and a very large library. Traffic in the area is currently pretty easy to deal with, having no significant delays to the surrounding area.

Great apartment complex in the Northen KY area ( 30 min from downtown Cincinnati). It is located close to shopping and a library. Leasing office is on property with the helpful staff. Apartment has a swimming pool and a little health club. Boone county school district ( great schools!) Come check it out and find a new home!

The complex is a great place to live, they are constantly improving the facilities available to residents. A fire pit and fitness center were recently added. They are looking to add a small dog park soon. They staff is friendly and attentive. The buildings are older but have decent maintenance to keep them current. The only complaint is parking is limited in some buildings. Mine is never an issue though so I'm happy.

I've lived at Sky Harbor for about 2 1/2 years and I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. I've lived several places in a few different states and nowhere else compares. It's conveniently located to anywhere I would need or want to go, it's clean, in a great neighborhood, has spacious apartments, great office people, great maintenance staff and the grounds and apartments are always kept in pristine condition. I would advise anyone looking for a great place to call home to consider Sky Harbor Apartments.

Great place to have a family. It's quite and safe. The apartments are well maintained. The electric bill is low. The staff is nice and friendly. They take care of of any issues you have. Just a great place to live!

Love this place! The staff is awesome! Maintenance is always on top of everything. They honestly feel like family. It's very peaceful, but yet close to everything. They just threw a party recently and went all out. Moved from a 4 bedroom house to apartment for the first time in 25 years. I picked the right one!

a great place to live, not to far from the grocery stores, shopping, but far enough to not feel like your in the city. We have a gym, swimming pool, fire pit area. The managers are awesome, if there's a problem you only have to call once and it's fixed

I have lived here 5 years! We love it. Beautiful grounds. Apartments are very clean and spacious. We have a great staff here always willing to help with just about anything. We have 24 hour mantinence. Pool ,Fitness center, outdoor firepit patio area. This is a awesome place to live.!! We love where we live!!

This is the most beautiful and peaceful complex in the Burlington/Florence area and the staff are wonderful and very helpful. Check them out.
