Currently my family is building a new home and we chose Sixes Ridge as our home away from home during the build process. We chose Sixes because of the close proximity to the job site, quick commute to our jobs and schools, price point and size of the apartment. We are pleased with all of these attributes, but what we have been most pleased about is the service we have received so far at Sixes. Everyone on staff has been friendly, helpful and prompt. We feel confident that our stay here, however brief, will be comfortable and pleasant. Thank you!

If you like noise, this is THE PLACE to be!! If you want to get any sleep, and you live in a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment here, don’t make your master bedroom the one that shares the wall with the stairwell or breezeway!! Moreover, if you don’t live on the top floor, many neighbors don’t care how hard they stomp above you. Oftentimes, it sounds like someone is either bowling above you, chasing one another around, or constantly dropping things!! People leaving their apartments and going through the breezeway to go to their car, go to the pool, go to the workout room or go to pick up their mail/packages, don’t care how loud they talk, nor do they care what time of day it is; if they are awake, you’re awake!! Also, MANY pet owners don’t pick up after their pets. Lastly, the main entrance gate stays broken more than it works. If you’ve lived in Georgia any length of time, you know thunderstorms can pop up in the afternoon/evening at any given time and once that happens the front gate is broken. If security doesn’t matter to you, then that won’t bother you. It’s too bad, because it was a nice apartment community when we first moved here, but it is going downhill. Oh, before I forget, when it’s time to renew your lease, you can count on your rent going up, and not just by $50 or $100.00; much more than that!

The good- the common areas are nice, clean gym, nice grills and pool, good location, good floorplans. The bad- Serious parking issue (a courtesy Officer cannot create spaces); inconsiderate pet owners who refuse to pick up after their animals; unsecured mail room with an inoperable package system so anything ordered online is free game to whomever wants it; management is courteous but few property rules are enforced ie- tarps/flags/banners hanging from balconies, parking in handicapped spots/corners and in front of stop signs; get pit bull/ german shepherd/ doberman and call it emotional support and you're golden; the construction is so sketchy that you can hear EVERY step the people above you make, hear every conversation, bathroom habits, bowling practice, weightlifting competition etc etc. Seriously, if you consider these apartments ask to enter one that has an empty apt. above or below it. Then have someone walk around while you stay below. Be prepared to watch the fixtures shake.

Every time I have emailed the main office to ask a question or voice a concern, I have not received a message back. I got over $100 package stolen because they didn't inform us lightening had struck out luxer one safety boxes and they were keeping our packages in the main office. They did not reimburse me or apologize. There is not enough parking. Every night by 8pm residents are making their own parking spots because all others are full. The paint around the window panes is constantly chipping off and I have a 10 month old that could eat. You could tell they were in a rush when building our apartment. They changed our move in date by a month and acted like it was nothing. They didn't even take off money for the first months rent like most places would.

Hello-Thank you for the feedback. I we apologize about your packages. We were not notified of the lighting strike that effected the locker system until two days after. You would need to contact the companies in which your packages came from in order to get a refund. Being a new construction property, some of the buildings got pushed back, leading to later move-in dates. When filling out the application this possibility was expressed. Since hiring our Courtesy Officer and monitoring more frequently the parking concern has improved significantly. You are correct, you were aware that Sixes Ridge was offering no upfront move-in concessions at the time of your move-in, yet you still decided to choose us as your home... We greatly appreciate that! Again, thank you for your feedback and you are valued as a resident here at Sixes Ridge.
The staff, the apartment home floor plans, and the local residents are wonderful. The pool, fitness center, and the clubhouse all make you feel at home. Would recommend these apartments 10 out of 10 times to anyone. Highly suggest making Sixes Ridge your new home.
