The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Silver Ridge Village
Really quiet and enjoying visit a friend, soon will be resident
Terrible management! Building up keep is horrible! Mold in bathrooms...
Since Felicia took over as manager things have gotten so my h better. She has started a lunch program for the kids. Then she is starting a few programs aimed directly for the children like movies in the courtyard I am extremely thankful for all the hard work she has done in the short time shed taken over as manager. Felicia you are truly appreciated.
Ever since the new manager came the property has really cleaned up! The new manager actually comes out of the office and will physically pick up garbage or pressure wash the property. The new manager is really nice and helpful and accommodating. I have to disagree with the last review, they are probably mad because they weren't following the rules and got called out on it. Yes, the new manager doesn't sit in the office all day long like the last one but that's because she is out on property cleaning it up and making positive changes! I had planned on moving out but now I just resigned for a year!
The new apartment manager is very rude and is very disrespectful. She writes letter/correspondent for the residents of Silver Ridge with a threat. She is not approachable like Monica. It is really hard to get hold of her. She is always not in the office and the office door is always closed. Even if there is a note on the door that it's open, she is not physically inside the office. A lot of residents are already complaining about her attitude.
I've lived here a year and never had any of the problems of the last review. We haven't seen any crazy bugs or had any ongoing maintenance issues. We did have a few repairs, but they came in and fixed it right away. When we moved in the manager was so helpful and nice, and she really helped us out. Since then, we don't have any complaints and plan on staying here for a long time. I would completely recommend this place, especially the thee bedrooms, which are really big.
This is gonna make me sound like im trashing the place but honestly the only good thing about this this place is that it has working electricity and water. So first let me start off by saying that this complex is not nearly what we were told it would be. Since we moved in we have seen roaches and spiders in the unit on multiple occasions, we went the entire summer without being able to open our windows to let any air in to cool off the place. 50% of the plug outlets don't work. It took the maintenance guy 2 months to finish paint the bathrooms and install a working door in my mom's room and he only got around to those because the place was being sold. We weren't allowed to see the unit till the day we moved in and even then we still had to wait till 10pm so the maintenance guy could fix all the damage from the last tenants, and half the damage they did to the unit is still visible. We still have no screens on the windows, still see roaches and other bugs on the counter top and in the kitchen and the absolute worst thing here is that the childrens playground is literally right outside my bedroom widow, so from early in the morning till late into the night there are kids playing outside my bedroom, banging on my walls and windows and pouring stuff into my room through the window. If you move into this complex request any unit that is not 2412, there's almost nothing redeemable about this place.
