This building is in the Southeast Westminster neighborhood in Westminster, nearby parks include Fireman Park, England Park and Kennedy Park. Off-street parking spot will be available to the tenants, and on site coin operated laundry. Flat rate utility fee is $50/month, includes all utilities except electric. 1 Small pet on approval, $250 non-refundable deposit, $35/month pet rent. Calyxpm@yahoo.com for any questions.
