Property Ratings at Silver Leaf Residences - A 55+ Community
I lived in Silver Leaf Residences for 4 months in 2021 and it was wonderful. I needed a short-term furnished one-bedroom residence on a monthly basis because I was in Olympia for a short period of time. Glenda, the property manager, was wonderful to work with. Attentive, friendly and professional. My unit in the C building was fresh and clean with everything one could need, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer. The building and grounds are well kept and the premises come with community rooms, fitness room and library. With Covid there wasn't too much interaction but everyone I met in the hallways and building were friendly and nice. Yelm Highway is a bit loud, which is the only drawback. Highly recommended!
