I have had a horrible experience with these apartments. I moved out December 25th 2023 and haven’t been able to receive my security deposit. I have multiple attempts to resolve the issue but it is still pending.
Silo is hands down the best apartment complex in San Diego! Great staff who responds quickly and always willing to go the extra mile for you. 10/10!
The leasing team is a dream and made the process effortless, all of the ladies are super nice. Liana and Ingrid were amazing. I feel extremely comfortable, especially knowing my dog is welcomed here and we’re very happy with all of the amenities.
When it comes to facilities and staff professional I believes those things alone make it a good place to live.
It’s a quiet community, but I wish there’s more space for parking.
Beautiful homes. The property is new and all the residents are settling in but it’s very quiet so far. I love my apartment. I feel good coming home and dwelling here.
This apartment complex is affordable, Dog friendly, and very up to date. The interior design of the units are very modern and give spacious areas despite square footage. The flooring is kid and pet friendly, and the smart home features makes you feel very safe to be alone at night. The complex is located perfectly by the highway and away from the city. The nights are quiet and commutes are easy. Highly recommend for military and families.
Silo is a growing community and has very big potential to expand to a very successful community. My time residing in Silo has been amazing especially with the assistance of Fabian. The staff is super friendly and very helpful when the time of need is needed. I will definitely recommend Silo to anyone who is deciding to look for a beautiful home.
Ive been living at Silo for a month but so far so good . The apartment is cery clean and luxury like living with smart home features and lots of lighting . The community is very friendly and peaceful as well .
The architectural design of the buildings are amazing, friendly neighborhood. Easy use of the apps and amenities. Only concern is there being lots of spiders in the area.
Management (Liana and Fabian) are awesome. They made our leasing/move so smooth. The community is very quiet and peaceful.
