Loved living here for 5 years, great amenities and the property management staff was incredible. All maintenance issues were addressed immediately. Location is incredible, 5 minutes from the beach, shopping and great restaurants.

The best location for school and the mall, and prompt access to freeway. Expensive rent and quite noisy alongside the big road because the neighboring fire station. No carpet is good but home appliances is a bit old.
The community has the perfect location to upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment; all within walking distance from your door!

I've lived in signature point for approximately 15 years and it's always been a joy to come home. The staff here has always been very cordial and professional. I have maintained relationships with some of them for many many years.
My wife and I have lived in the Signature Point community for three years now, and we are extremely happy. The development is very well maintained, service issues are promptly dealt with. The neighborhood is safe, and across the street there are all the amenities you could wish for.
Signature Point is a wonderful place to live. The workers are all wonderful. The location is the best. They keep the grounds clean and lovely.

Signature Point is a great apartment complex, with a great location and beautiful apartment units. It would totally meet our expectations for the price we are paying if the leasing office employees could be more considerate for the residents.
We have been residents for over two years, and really love living here. All the office and maintenance staff are very professional and attentive to the needs of our community. We highly recommend this community for anyone contemplating moving here.
