Reston town center is a nice place to live. the building itself is difficult to live in with upkeep and leasing office Though. The elevators and trash are often not clean. The handicap doors break often and take multiple days or weeks to fix

The experience at Signature has been nothing but positive. We renewed twice and it just keeps getting better! The cleaning staff is amazing, they keep everything clean and in great shape. I love how the leasing team takes the time to update and refresh things. The dog spa could a nice revamp. And they even offer fun events and yoga classes to residents which I love! The building is safe and has 24/7 concierge. Whenever things are broke, they are fixed immediately. The maintenance staff is very attentive. The entire team (leasing, concierge, maintenance, cleaning) keeps our community clean and safe. I would highly recommend making signature your new home.

I've been living at Signature Apartments and overall, I'm really satisfied. The building is well-maintained, and the amenities are clean and convenient. The community here is great—friendly neighbors and a welcoming vibe. One of the things I appreciate most is how safe and secure everything feels, which gives me real peace of mind. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the rent is a bit on the pricey side... but honestly, for the quality of life and comfort you get, I think it's worth it!

As a new resident, I have found Signature to be a great place to live. However, I am frustrated in the condition of the unit I was given at the time my lease began. Firstly, the water sitting in the pipes was not drained, which had to be done and left an awful smell across the apartment. Furthermore, I’m sure draining water for 45 minutes won’t be insignificant on my water bill. Second, our fridge was not working, I submitted a work order the next day in the morning and didn’t recieve a follow up until around 8 PM after I finally inquired with concierge. Although the apartment was visually great, the due diligence done by the staff to endure the apartment was up to standard for a new resident was lacking, definitely leaving a sour note to start off my lease.

Maintenance is timely and all staff encountered have been very pleasant and helpful. Apartment is in a fabulous location a little removed from the Main Street which is quieter. It is so nice to go outside and everything is walkable that is needed on a daily basis.

Upstairs neighbors slam things on the ground at all hours of the day and night and no one seems to be able to do anything about it. People smoke in their apt and the building wont do anything about it.

Can't beat the ambiance and location! Right in the heart of it all at the Reston Town Center makes living here a joy. It's so easy to come home from work and walk out the front door for a Happy Hour at one of the many restaurants. The apartments are chic and the building amenities like the rooftop gym and game room are wonderful. I recently moved in and the transition was super easy. I love that we have multiple elevators available to us at once so we never have to wait if our hands are full or we are carrying things with us. I liked having the loading dock reserved to us at move in as well. I have toured almost every apartment complex in the Herndon/Reston area and Signature has some of the best amenities compared to others with similar rent prices. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a new apartment.

The building itself is amazing with great amenities! There is some wear and tear within the rooms, but it is overall great space. The location is amazing with walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The managers do not communicate though. It is so hard to get a straight answer from them for renewal and they give zero time to plan things out as a resident.

Love living at Signature, it's a safe, beautiful apartment complex with great amenities. The apartments are in great condition. I do wish that the other residents respected the property as well. People keep scratching up and carving on the elevators walls and breaking the kiosk for the elevator floor. I would increase cameras and security around those areas to prevent the beautiful space from getting destroyed by others.

All handicap doors are on rotate broken. Staff knows because they put signs saying they’re broken. Staff says they have tickets already created when we ask to create one. Leasing office over charged me incorrectly, tried to blame me, then insisted it was corrected - when it wasn’t. Management hasn’t given them feedback / more training

I just moved in and had a wonderful experience. Checking in to receive the keys and other important information took less than 5 minutes, they reserved the loading dock and service elevator for us, and they provided Bellman cart's. The complex is beautiful and welcoming, with all of the amenities you could ask for.

Been here for years and it is as great now as it was the day I moved in!
