The Miccosukee Greenway neighborhood starts on the northeast of Downtown Tallahassee, near the intersection of Miccosukee Road and Magnolia Street, and extends northeast along Miccosukee Road. It is named for (and includes) the very popular Miccosukee Greenway, a 12.3-mile trail used for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and jogging. Historic Miccosukee Road is considered one of the city's most beautiful, offering a canopied stretch of natural beauty alongside the trail and park space.
Miccosukee Greenway is a large area that consists of several small communities, including Brewster Estates, Lafayette Oaks, Arvah Branch, and Hillwood. The neighborhood changes from one end to the other; closer to downtown near Magnolia Drive, it is much more urban influenced with large office buildings, shops and restaurants, and the Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

These apartments are not worth the money we are paying the maintenance men never know what they are doing I been having problems with different things in this apartment since I been living here.

I recently moved in and I really enjoy the location, pretty trees and they painted and added new gym, dog station, playground and pool updates. Has more personality.

there ok people the trash cleaners do there job but its to much to stay and that little apartment and they keep going up on rent thats why people are moving now and its so much drama there i dont recomend going here unless you wanna hear yelling and see drama every other week and something is almost wrong with it evry month and it gets tirering but is nice to kids

Hi I been a residents here at Sienna Square apartments for over a year now. I Love the way they have everything set up. They are very nice people they make sure you are situation with everything you need. When you ask for help the make sure they assist you very fast. They don't hesitate. They are building new things in the area. I love the mini gym that we have its just enough to workout with not too much but just right. we have a nice pool also. Everything that you need is right in the area. The hospital is just 4 minutes down the street. We have a lot of groceries stores just walking distance. Its like a little small town in that area.
