Magnolia Suites and Sienna Square Apartments

Both of these apartment complexes are owned by the same person. He is trying to make it family friendly but there are still problem tenants from previous owner. He accepts HUD Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) also HUD VASH vouchers for veterans. Rent for a 2 bedroom 1 bath is $783 without a voucher. No credit check fee and no application fee. No deposit on approved credit (some exceptions). Remodeling apartments as vacancies occur. Also has 1 bedroom and limited 3 bedroom apartments. He gives new tenants a list of local services and food banks and other agencies that might be of help to them. Service Dog friendly no matter what the breed of service dog. We have 2 huskies that are our services dogs.
