Apartment hunting, came in for a tour with Nora and Dorley very friendly and professional . Very clean complex, a little to quite. Manger came out and offered and served me coffee made me feel welcomed. Shores on sweet water is on my top three.

I have to say that I have been looking for a place to live for months. The moment I walked into the community, the staff made sure he worked with me helping me find what I needed. This is an unsafe place to live! Management is horrible! They never answer, are unfriendly and lie about what you are signing! An employee flat out lied to me and now I cannot get any of my money back because they told me something completely different. Do not give this company a dime. Absolutely horrible

Staff is extremely unfriendly. Does not smile, catches attitudes when you need something done correctly. There is no Maintenance system, they pick and choose who they will service. They have ignored a number of my requests, and only respond when I physically walk into leasing office. My apartment was poorly fixed. Many leaking issues. Apartment is weirdly/awkwardly shaped. I would not recommend.

This place has really picked up since Atlantic Pacific bought it! They have spent alot of money to up date the property and the apartments to a more a more modern look! I have been here 8 years and like it here because I can walk anywhere I need to go! The Staff here is a vast improvement to what we have here in the past Janice, Manny and Jackie are great and are willing to go the extra mile to make their residents happy!
Since the present management took over everything went south. Unfriendly and unhelpful office staff. Office closed when ever they want. Never open all the time as announced on their website. They simply do their own schedule as they like. Rules are changed on the go. Everything comes with a big fine from $200 to $500. They give everything on short notice. Sometimes the evening before. They squeeze a sheet of paper into your front door gab. The paper has never a letter head, contact name nor a date. Some rule changes are even in opposition to your lease contract. They just decide on their own to change the rules. It is very frustrating, not to mention potentially not legal. I just hope the management will change again soon.
Let's just start, roaches, spider's, heat doesn't work properly after repeated req. (gave up),loud residents, geese every where, just nasty all the way. Gates have never worked I've been here 5 months. mgt.shady!!!
this has to be one of the worst places to live in the state of Georgia management doesn't care about anything but getting their money if you make a complaint about something they might get to you in about 3 months after they get tired of seeing you in their office to complain you pay 15 dollars a month for pest control that doesn't control pest and also for trash witch is more like a dump if you are looking for a free couch, tv or mattress there are plenty of them laying around the dumpster if you enjoy not sleeping due to the worlds loudest Mariachi band random gunshots in the parking lot living with bugs hearing every conversation that your neighbors have this is your kind of place oh and when it says gated community don't believe that the gates haven't been shut in months I wish I didn't have to give this place a star it doesn't deserve it
When I originally moved here,I had several issues with my apartment. All except one gas been resolved and the new management team is actively working to resolve. In addition I was given a discount on my current lease as an incentive to sTay and allow the new management team to resolve my remaining issue.
yeah we get a 'hello, welcome" but in the end there is no real intention of wanting to help. its more or so just to keep the peace and keep us civilized because we cant be rude either. so its seen as fake from my point of view. also because our AC stop working and we sent for maintenance; when a man got there and "did his job" he diagnosed the problem as "your filter is dirty. it took him about two days to fix it because he said it takes time. in that meantime i had my boyfriend come over and he like always , ask how we doing , talks to mo mother , and just catches up. in the conversation, the topic about our AC situation came up. my boy friend let me check it out. (he works a technician works on all sorts of hands on work. he mainly specializes in the AC work.) so with that being said i trusted him. He takes a look and tells us that it needs the bottle spray on the inside refilled because with out it it will not blow. we told the maintenance man and he was surprised and scared embarrassed, he refilled the ac back up and what do you know.. it worked! i felt like i could say 'the joke is up, you guys are frauds. yall dont even have certifyed people , OR AT LEAST people that know what there doing.
If you want an honest review this will it. Do not move here if you are looking for quality service from management. The apartments are way too small, overpriced, and needs some renovations.
I've lived in my apartment since 2011. I loved living there up until recently when new management came in. They're very rude and don't care about the tenants.
