From the leasing experience to the move and now just requesting maintenance, everything has been so smooth and stress-free—living here has been a real breeze. Jeff was awesome during the leasing process, and Paul was a big help on move-in day, helping me replace some light bulbs. Pierre stopped by right away to introduce himself, followed up on my move-in inventory form, and then quickly arranged for Paul to order parts and handle the maintenance. The dog park has great space and is a wonderful amenity to substitute a private back yard. So far, my experience has been absolutely fantastic!

It's better in price range for the amenities and space compared to other locations, and it's very clean without to much a pest problem. The floors and walls are a bit thin, but most neighbors aren't too loud all the time.

I love living here! Having my own appliances in the unit so I don't have to share with others is a plus. Gym and pool amenities are pretty cool. I wish there were more bike racks since I have to walk almost 5 minutes from where I reside to reach the nearest one to me. Also the rent keeps going up but that's just about everywhere nowadays.

Nice place. Not entirely in love with some of the rules in the community, though. That’s not anything against management; more of a preference. Move in process was relatively smooth although I feel like a lot of the details were rushed while getting our lease signed. Neighbors seem okay, but not the most inviting. Haven’t spoke to many yet, so there’s always room for improvement! Excited to check out the pool and other amenities too!

We are very comfortable here, maintenance staff very helpful. The only issue I have is nothing has been to the garden area since we moved in 6/23, looks shabby. No new mulch either since then. Pool & grilling area beautiful & well maintained.

Best apartment complex by far that I have lived in. The office stuff to the maintenance manger has been nothing but amazing. When you need something done or have questions you definitely get answers right away.

It's a bir expensive, windows are outdated ( heavy draft in both room windows and things come through since it's not fully closed), the door is also very drafty. Also, very hard to see the street signs but everything else is fine. The walls and floors are a bit thin.

Shoal Creek is a nice apartment community to live at! Nice and quiet, well maintained, and the staff is very friendly! I love the parties they put on, fun. Can't wait until summer to use the beautiful pool!

Always a pleasure to home in a safe quiet community. Since I've been here over 3 years now, not 1 night I felt unsafe. I love it here, my grand babies have several parks to choose from. I have the walk trail I can walk/ stroll the babies. So yeah feel safe a wonderful experience. And also the workout/ fitness room

I moved up to the area from Mississippi to start a new job and I toured about a dozen apartment complexes before deciding on Shoal Creek. The leasing agent was fun and personable, and I love the area. My apartment has a cove at the top of the stairs which creates a nice, secluded “den.” The closet space is more than enough and I appreciate the perfect water pressure in the shower which is an obscure thing that I look out for when moving to a new place

Everything is great so far. All my neighbors are friendly, and I can't really hear anything from other apartments (so I either got lucky with quiet neighbors, or the apartments are decently sound proofed). The office workers are all very kind and try their best to help you along the process. There's 0 complaints so far, and I honestly feel like I found the jackpot for apartments.
