We are very comfortable here, maintenance staff very helpful. The only issue I have is nothing has been to the garden area since we moved in 6/23, looks shabby. No new mulch either since then. Pool & grilling area beautiful & well maintained.

It's a bir expensive, windows are outdated ( heavy draft in both room windows and things come through since it's not fully closed), the door is also very drafty. Also, very hard to see the street signs but everything else is fine. The walls and floors are a bit thin.

Always a pleasure to home in a safe quiet community. Since I've been here over 3 years now, not 1 night I felt unsafe. I love it here, my grand babies have several parks to choose from. I have the walk trail I can walk/ stroll the babies. So yeah feel safe a wonderful experience. And also the workout/ fitness room

I moved up to the area from Mississippi to start a new job and I toured about a dozen apartment complexes before deciding on Shoal Creek. The leasing agent was fun and personable, and I love the area. My apartment has a cove at the top of the stairs which creates a nice, secluded “den.” The closet space is more than enough and I appreciate the perfect water pressure in the shower which is an obscure thing that I look out for when moving to a new place

Everything is great so far. All my neighbors are friendly, and I can't really hear anything from other apartments (so I either got lucky with quiet neighbors, or the apartments are decently sound proofed). The office workers are all very kind and try their best to help you along the process. There's 0 complaints so far, and I honestly feel like I found the jackpot for apartments.

I have lived at shoal creek for almost 6 years, and really like it here! Very quiet, the pool is nice, super clean. The staff is great! The party's they put on are great, you can get to know your neighbors. I am happy living here!

Loving all the service and amenities while living here. The staff is very friendly and professional at the same time.Maintenance does a great job .Love the new landscaping that was planted this summer.When people come to visit,they always compliment how well kept up it is here.

sometimes things need to be throughout clean but very nice and quiet. the shower gets enough hot water and there is a walk in closet ??! carpet is super nice and new! they put in new appliances except the washer/dryer is really small

Love it here It's the best and staff is definitely outstanding, and clean community also. So yes we love it here When theres an issue the maintenance staff is prompt.

You're the best! We really appreciate the positive review.
It's not bad. There aren't any insect problems really, and maintenance is always on top. The main two reasons I really don't want to move, along with in apartment laundry. Besides increase in rent every year, the apartment and people are great.

I've been a resident for almost 3 years. I would love to stay for long, I love the community for especially for my Grandkids. We feel safe, it's clean, Always kept up. In fact I can the most place I've stayed in that's comfortable. Lol the only thing I just I can afford the rent. Too much.but other than that no complaints
