My 3rd year living at Shoal Creek it’s been a pleasant experience. The community is quiet, clean, rapid response on any maintenance service that happens, lots of amenities to choose from. Last but least throughout the year the leasing office will host free events/snacks for the tenants in the complex.

From the leasing experience to the move and now just requesting maintenance, everything has been so smooth and stress-free—living here has been a real breeze. Jeff was awesome during the leasing process, and Paul was a big help on move-in day, helping me replace some light bulbs. Pierre stopped by right away to introduce himself, followed up on my move-in inventory form, and then quickly arranged for Paul to order parts and handle the maintenance. The dog park has great space and is a wonderful amenity to substitute a private back yard. So far, my experience has been absolutely fantastic!

It's better in price range for the amenities and space compared to other locations, and it's very clean without to much a pest problem. The floors and walls are a bit thin, but most neighbors aren't too loud all the time.

I love living here! Having my own appliances in the unit so I don't have to share with others is a plus. Gym and pool amenities are pretty cool. I wish there were more bike racks since I have to walk almost 5 minutes from where I reside to reach the nearest one to me. Also the rent keeps going up but that's just about everywhere nowadays.

Nice place. Not entirely in love with some of the rules in the community, though. That’s not anything against management; more of a preference. Move in process was relatively smooth although I feel like a lot of the details were rushed while getting our lease signed. Neighbors seem okay, but not the most inviting. Haven’t spoke to many yet, so there’s always room for improvement! Excited to check out the pool and other amenities too!

We are very comfortable here, maintenance staff very helpful. The only issue I have is nothing has been to the garden area since we moved in 6/23, looks shabby. No new mulch either since then. Pool & grilling area beautiful & well maintained.

I have been living at Shoal Creek Apartments for three years now its a very quiet community. Love the workout gym and the pool. I have very friendly neighbors :) maintenance does a great job taking care of the property keeping it clean and fresh looking

I’ve been living in this apartment for the past few months, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The natural light that pours in through the windows is wonderful, and the layout is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining guests. Cool place to live. I really like that they have extended the fitness center times to 24/7 that makes it easier to get a workout in no matter the time of day.

Just signed another lease, because I'm so satisfied living here. It has been a great experience for me.I loved the Bingo Christmas party.The office staff did a nice job putting it together.Also as I've said before in my reviews the maintenance guys have always been awesome.My kitchen stove went out and they delivered another one a few days later.They make sure we have every we need and are very polite.So I am a very satisfied resident.??.

Best apartment complex by far that I have lived in. The office stuff to the maintenance manger has been nothing but amazing. When you need something done or have questions you definitely get answers right away.

It's a bir expensive, windows are outdated ( heavy draft in both room windows and things come through since it's not fully closed), the door is also very drafty. Also, very hard to see the street signs but everything else is fine. The walls and floors are a bit thin.

Shoal Creek is a nice apartment community to live at! Nice and quiet, well maintained, and the staff is very friendly! I love the parties they put on, fun. Can't wait until summer to use the beautiful pool!
