Property Ratings at Sherwood Place
We had great experience with that apartment complex. First of all, staff are very nice people, main office will fix anything immediately. Also nice environment , quiet neighbors, pools are always clean. When we had issues with our apartment, they offered us another one, even paid for our movement. They even gave us our deposit back! Me and my family loved that place.
It's a cozy spot where the apartments are nice, the people are quiet and the rent is reasonable for your budget. The convenience of resources (grocery store, banks, restaurants & gas stations) are abundant near the complex's outer walls. Traffic can be a bit of a hassle trekking here, but the road leading to the complex itself is always clear. It's as if you reached the home stretch with nothing stopping you from coming home. Though it is not the perfect place to live, it's still really nice and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a nice apartment at a fair price.

The positive reviews about this complex are from the staff and a, "Future tenant." The fact is that this place is in the medium to low end of complexes. The management that is on site is okay at best while the actual managing is done by an out-of-state company. The maintenance staff is an absolute joke. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone with children or pets.
My husband and I are thinking of downsizing and this would be great! We would still have all the conviences this area has to offer without the higher cost. The person doing the showing was very down-to-earth.. it didn't seem like it was all about money. To often places forget that without a tenant the property will go to waste.

My family and I have lived at Sherwood Place since 2000. We have found that over the years the place has only gotten better unlike other places in the Baton Rouge area. The office and maintenance staff are very corgial and professional. I would recommend these apartments to any one looking for a place that is well worth the rent one pays.
