This apartment complex is in the Conshohocken part of Pennsylvania. It is located in good area near many grocery stores, restaurants and small businesses. Parking spots are always available and ver convenient to public transportation.

I enjoy living here! Its quite and has a wonderful pool area with lost of sade. The gym is nice and has what you need. It can be nice to just take a nice stroll as well

Very excited to move-in here. Make sure you have a staff come with you for move-in inspection. Lots of cleaning and maintenance for me with all the work of moving plus a high price tag.

We have been at Sherry Lake since 2008. Our new manager Steve is so caring about this community and his residents. Justin at our front desk is sweet and very helpful when u go in the office no matter how busy he is he never rushes you. Our maintenance team is the best. We recently had to have a portion of our bathroom ceiling and wall where towel rack was installed repaired. They did an awesome job . They always are efficient and timely and that's so important especially with the size of this complex. We love our home and community and all these young men are such an asset.

The neighborhood is very nice. The location is close to many grocery stores, restaurants and shopping malls. It’s a bit noisy with traffic but that is inevitable when you are in a prime location.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sherry Lake Apartments, From the very beginning, the leasing office demonstrated terrible communication. They would lie and say issues were resolved but would never actually get anything fixed. The leasing office has terrible communication skills and trying to move out was a complete disaster due to lack of organization in the office. The maintenance staff is great, but no leadership or urgency from leasing office to get issues fixed. —plumbing issues were never fixed despite multiple requests. Had sewage from toilet backing up into my bathroom on multiple occasions. The plumbing companies they did send out caused multiple damage to my property. To top it all off, they allowed me to move into an apartment with known plumbing issues. This place is a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against living here. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live.

The community is very friendly. One of the bigger notes here is how welcoming and friendly Sherry Lake is with pets. There are lots of dogs being walked around and Sherry Lake accommodates them very well with a nice dog park and convenient bathroom stations. From what I was able to see thus far, the owners and their pets have been very kind and friendly!

I’ve seen negative reviews of maintenance, that isn’t the primary issue here. If anything they’re the most responsive, prompt and courteous people in the community! My issue primarily is with the faucets that are leaky, antiquated kitchen set up (in the non upgraded apartments) to the point where replacements are needed. Just be aware if looking at a unit with the older kitchen and make sure the AC system has been serviced recently.

Had a few issue with move in but was remediated very fast. The staff and property manager were great. Matt the maintenance guy is awesome! The area is great too!

Pretty good place, awesome location! They never take care of the pool, so we have to clean it constantly. The gym is so outdated it feels gross and so are the appliance and fixtures in our actual unit. Awesome maintenance men though!
