Property Ratings at Sherman Villa
The 2 units we toured that were advertised as move in ready were not moved in ready. The flooring was broken and separated, (needed to be relayed), one of the freezers was moldy, blinds were broken or taken down. A day or so after the tour we had a few more questions I texted Henry directly then a day or so later emailed the property the same message 7 days after sending the email still didn't hear from them. If you are a landlord and someone has interest in your property prompt replies go a long way.
