Property Ratings at Sherman Oaks Renaissance
This place is located on a nice not too busy street just north of the 101 fwy smack dab in between the woodman and coldwater exits. The building is very secure and the front door is never wide open inviting strangers to come in. The place is extremely pet friendly as many of the tenants own dogs and cats. The manager is always out and about and he's a super cool guy as well. There's a nice jacuzzi and a smal gym with a few machines that lets you get your full body workout and a soda from the machine in the same room! Lol. There also access to the pool across the street if you feel like taking a dip as I believe the buildings are owned by the same people. Noise is never an issue and it's a great place to relax, have a couple friends over, and live a great life!
