Sherman Oaks Apartments

Great property, great team managing the property, very easy to contact and accessible, I’d stay longer if it weren’t for the commute to work. HIGHLY recommend ????

I lived at Sherman Oaks for about 5 years and would still be living there if I hadn’t gotten a new job elsewhere in the state. Wonderful place to live, quiet, clean and attentive staff that make it feel like home.

Current renter and this is hands down the best rental experience I had. The property manager Jim is very nice and easy to work with. He answers any questions you have. The head maintenance Wally is all very nice. Whenever anything is needed to be fix Wally is quick to come and fix the problem right away. The property outside is very well taken care of and quite, almost like country living without being too far away from town. They are always making improvements making living here a great choice.

I rented an apartment in one of the 4 unit buildings in the back of the complex. Beautiful area. No noise, crime or bothersome distractions. Extremely well insulated. Jim, Wally and crew are exceptional people and they take care of the complex. Wally is very knowledgeable in all aspects of maintenance and problem solving, as is his wife who also works for the complex. I enjoyed living there immensely and would highly recommend Sherman Oaks.

Jim is doing an awesome job in taking care of this property and the residents and their needs. I lived here for a year and he and his team were always present to help us. Whether it is maintenance required or any fire alarm rung, these people were there for help. In winter, snow is cleared up before morning. This apartment is highly recommended for peacful, comfortable living. Thanks for your hard work Jim and team.

I rented here for 4 years and this apartment complex was amazing in every way. Management was always willing to help and go above and beyond. Rent is cheap compared to other cities. When I moved i had no help to move heavy furniture out of apartment but manager had maintenance help me free of charge! I received my security deposit in full with zero deductions or hassle. An apartment complex as kind, honest, and helpful as this one is a rare find and I'm glad i chose to rent from them.

I am moving out of Wausau soon and although I won't miss the city too much, I sure am going to miss this apartment. If something breaks, they will repair it within a couple days. Yes rent is kind of high, but after I moved in, I did not mind at all. They keep the grounds very nice and really clean up the apartment before you move in. I wish I could take this apartment with me to my next city.

The landlord is not a social or friendly person by any means. They leave notes in the door all the time like they are scared to talk to people. Rent is definitely high for the size and things need to be updated. We have mold around the windows in the winter and a huge crack in the ceiling that's about 10 feet long. You can also see black outlines of all the studs in the walls.

Sherman Oaks Apartments is a great place to call home. It's a quiet place in a seculeded neighborhood. I love the free heat they offer especially when our winter season is colder than expected! Reasonably priced and very updated. I have enjoyed calling this place my home for four years! They offer upgrades with lease renewal and rent off on your birthday! They treat you like family! Come home to Sherman Oaks!

Ive lived in many locations and this one was by far the hardest to leave the friendly neighbor hood made it one to remember along with the great ammenities and environment.

I think the apartments were nice. A little overpriced though. It would be nice to see more furnished units available for a lower price as there are a lot of students in the area.

This is our first apartment and my fiancee and I love it! It is perfect for our first home together, great community, very clean and pretty! The on-site manager is great and he worked with us to accommodate for our needs and the pricing was perfect! Thank you so much Sherman Oaks!
